While the business model seems reasonable, the long hold times, defective prompts and difficulties navigating with really, really poor directions, hampers and frustrates at every turn. It took three days to actually speak to a doctor who then advised I should have gone to the ER. Thanks. Episodes like mine shouldn’t happen. I think connect is being beta tested on patients far before it should.
