Bought an Apple Watch to do ECG test as recommended by doctor. But NYPConnect doesn’t allow ECG results to be sent as a PDF (or any other way) to the doctor.

So worth The $99 fee. Phone call with the doctor was quick and concise. My only recommendation is: when you have an issue with a RX that there is an easier way for the pharmacy or the patient to get in touch. Called 5 times in the course of 24 hours to have the dosage changed because the original was a children’s dose.

Every useful function on NYPConnect requires a separate login/account - appointment scheduling, records review, billing...maybe more, but i gave up after that. It’s also not possible to view my child’s medical records, as all the relevant details are blocked because he is a minor. Finally, the “send a message to your doctor” function doesn’t seem to work. We’ve resorted to using the phone and leaving messages through their message service — the 50% success rate and hours long wait for a response is still more useful than NYPConnect .

The new version of NYPConnect is easy to use was able to access my medical records, find my doctor and look up hospital services, I was able to navigate to the unit via the way find. Looking forward to use the feature to talk to the doctor online for emergency need.

NYP really improved NYPConnect and offers patients a lot more functionality. I was able to get a second opinion on my knee in under a week, all online without having to have any doctor appointments. Once available, I am planning on having my post op follow up appointment virtually through the NYP App!

Used the NYP app when I thought I had the flu. Was able to quickly connect with a Cornell doctor who provided a diagnosis and sent meds straight to the pharmacy closest to my apartment. It was the night before a long flight so I was so grateful to get quick access to treatment before my trip!

Amazing app, easy to use and you can get a notification as soon as you test, appointments or lab results are ready to view. You can E-check in and see your future appointments....

Virtual appointments don’t work. There is calming music and I’m told there are virtual chairs, but those wouldn’t load for me. I don’t like the chairs in most real waiting rooms so I think it’s pretty dumb to put them in a virtual one. I asked if the doc could just call me on the phone because I’m an old-fashioned 30-something software engineering team lead who prefers tried and true technology to fancy newfangled apps that probably cost a lot of money but don’t work.

The online from the desktop, your website basically it's not working for me to pay the bill online. It's asking of reference number and date of birth. I punch in and it's not working, it says invalid but then again when I called 1866 number and one of the representative told me the information is correct he doesn't know why it's not working.

I could find my doctor and directions to the hospital easily. Looking forward to seeing more functions added to NYPConnect .

If you want to see an Epic MyChart implementation done right, look no further than NYU Langone. Their implementation is fantastic and works nearly perfectly. NYP has a long way to go to get their MyChart anywhere near that of NYU. However I’ll add, their telemedicine did work very well for me.

Just get NYPConnect 5 minutes ago, worst app I've used by far. I can not scroll down to get to the next field to try to register and to try to sign up. NYPConnect does not rotate. You can not "select all" the words to highlight in the hopes to scroll down. And it has frozen three times so far. Confusing, can not tell where or how to go back. I have an IPhone 6. Worst!!!

They said that virtual urgent care is from 8 am to 12 am. But most of the times the doctors are unavailable... so there’s that

Also when I’m registering in patient intake, the intake form last name field has a bug where I have to enter more than 3 letters for the last name field. But I’m Chinese and my last name is Wu. So it was blocking me from registering. Very frustrating

So easy to use and find what I'm looking for. I love that I can pay my bill on my phone!

Signed up for a virtual doctors visit. App would only give an error message and then log me out. Technical support doesn’t answer the phone and neither does billing. $100 for an error page. Do not buy.

Everywhere in NYPConnect it says virtual visit costs $49. Yet why was I mailed a bill for an Additional $130 after my appointment! That is fraud. No where on the site does it say you are charged more than $49 for a visit. This is a rip-off. And the help options are useless.

The new design has made navigation a breeze. The virtual assistant was very helpful in getting set up for my virtual appointment.

Very helpful and easy to use. I was able to locate the facility and physician easily.

Pretty useful, would love to see emergency room wait times.

NYPConnect is so buggy. Button is not align on touch screen. No matter how many times i tap, i was able to click on the right button to select.

Good luck with this. You’re better off managing bills etc. by phone and mail.

Mind. Blown. I can’t believe I can see a doctor through an app!! It’s super convenient, and the new app design looks great!
