FYI: I’ve never had this happen on a pay-in-app download, but I did nothing any different than I normally would. 7 free day trial, when downloaded, it immediately charged for a year subscription ($74) without even setting up passwords or knowing what Kidgy cost. I use a separate pre-paid card so as not to have any mishaps, it was of course denied, considered lucky and I canceled this supposed subscription and deleted Kidgy . It later managed to bypass it and simply move on to the next form of payment without permission. Two days later I caught it. Apple got me refunded, but it was hours of discovery and two more days of wait time for a response, still waiting for the cash to hit my account. It could be my fault I guess, unless I repeat the process, we’ll never know. Simply put, its not anything I’ve ever had happen before...just have to make sure to take out any back-up payment options, until I find the issue.

I called the support number several times because of glitchy issues. Never have spoken to a person. The system keeps me on hold listening to beeps and promises that someone will be with me shortly, but in the end tells me to contact them via email and hangs up on me. So l sent an email, and still haven't been contacted back.

As for the glitchy issues, Kidgy has my child's phone going all over town when it's actually sitting right next to me. I have some ideas about this, but someone from this app support would actually have to speak with me to see about resolving this. As it is, the tracking feature is useless for me. I also am having trouble changing the geofences.

I like some of the features, and l see potential in improving things, but as it is right now, don't get the expensive plan.

Th free features are ok, easy to setup and looks well developed so you feel like the paid features must be worth paying for a subscription. Don’t make the same mistake I did and buy the subscription. It has been over three days and my paid features still don’t show up, the parent phone is still showing free features only. The support number does not ring(calls are dropped), after emailing support they emailed me back three days later saying they had fixed the issue with your subscription. Sorry, but it is still not working. I have on numerous occasions restarted the phones, uninstalled and reinstalled the Apps on both child and parent device, same issue... Until my issue with Kidgy is addressed, I must warn others to avoid the paid subscription.

As a techie dad and having grown up without internet and such high tech gadgets I was nervous about my kids getting tablets from their grandparents. Had some success with other software which is no longer available and not compatible with phones so discovering this app has made me a whole lot happier knowing I can turn the tap for websites apps, GPS tracking usage hours and more

Only people that aren’t sure of their app or sites add payment method to their apps, your app is not legit at all even after payment, all others fake gps location with no charges is very preferable that your useless app, no wonder you add payment method so you can have your profit if the person is able to use it or not 😅😂

Cos you’re not capable and proud of yourself and app that’s why you added payment method to it, why not do it for free ?
Cos you know people will complain about the useless and non strong fake location you’re using, 😅😂😅 that’s why you added a payment method.
If you’re sure of yourself
Remove the payment method, you will even get more customers rather than cheating peoples money with fake ip, if there’s no payment method on it, your number of downloads will be 1k upward now, not just the 57 that you are 😅🤣😅🤣😅 poor you and your app

Excellent app,ideal for peace of mind that I know where my teenage daughter is at any given time without having her dad ringing her every 5 mins bugging her in front of her friends ha ha,with Kidgy I know when she,s on her way home, or that she has arrived to her friends etc,love Kidgy recommend it to any parent helps keep stress levels down ha ha,

I purchased Kidgy and then discovered it does not offer all that was stated in the ad. I cannot check my sons messages and I cannot limit internet usage. The internet usage was my main reason for purchasing. I called the company 6x and never got an answer, it would just ring and ring and then hang up.

I emailed about my frustration and requested a refund and did not get a response. Mind you I paid for three months, which was my mistake, but I had Kidgy for a total of 6 hrs before requesting a refund.

Bad app and no customer support services.

Being a military family there are many times where you cannot speak to your Soldier. Kidgy allows you to know where they are, when they're phone is on, and know that they're safe even though you cannot speak at the moment! 🇺🇸

I was hoping this would be the ideal app for me to use with my two kids, unfortunately, I will spend more money to try something else. It never worked properly under location. It did not allow me to use certain features advertised as part of Kidgy . I too tried calling and got disconnected. However, a rep did reply email. I don’t consider good customer service when I have to wait 24 hours on response to each question. Was not a favorable experience.

After purchasing a year subscription (Jan 2018) Kidgy is still failing to work. Installing and reinstalling several times & I still have issues of Kidgy not tracking or use of the additional options.
Called & emailed several times however the issues still exist. I’ve asked for a refund several times as well.
I now have tried to use Kidgy over 2 months now and it completely no longer works. There’s no tracking what so ever. I have still tried installing and uninstalling with no avail.

I got Kidgy for me and my son because he had a seizure at home alone. With Kidgy I don't have to call and check on him as often -- which makes him happy. I can see his activity and know he is ok. It has been a great stress reliever for me. I also don't text if I can see he is driving.

I use this to keep an eye on my teenager to be sure he is where he says he is. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and it is fairly accurate. Also, my husband can always know where I am because I am a realtor and show many houses on any given day.

I am both highly impressed and thankful for the accuracy of Kidgy. I had a situation where my daughter mistakenly took the wrong bus home from school and before she even knew it I was able to track her down since Kidgy tracks movement in near real time.

Hello! I accidentally paid for a subscription for a year. I do not want to use this application. And I don't use it. I already sent you an email, but no one answered me. How can I get my money back? Thank you

After months of evaluating many parenting apps, I put my money to this apps being the most "stable" of all. Many other apps can get by pass due to many reasons, which kids normally find out the way within days. I like it.

It doesn’t seem to track anything unless I log into my child’s phone everyday. Isn’t the whole purpose tracking so that I don’t have access to the phone. And then it will give me 1 location or locations every 15 min then stop abruptly. I went to the website to email customer support and I received a reply that the email doesn’t exist anymore. I spent $70 for a terrible app.

While on a trip my son lost his phone... as kids do... he freaked out! Using the this app app we were able to find it within 20 minutes. This is an awesome app and will continue to share with friends and family.

This appl is not doing whats supposed or stated to do. I’m testing it on my sons device and one of the things I just did is delete the appl from his phone and I didn’t even get a notification, alert or text informing me that the appl was deleted from his phone.

I send a few messages, I browsed the web, made phone calls from his phone...didn’t see them on my (parent phone)

However, I was efficiently notified of the subscription. I need a full refund ASAP.

Kidgy is very accurate 99 % of the time I 'd recommend it to families that have member that go in all sorts of directions. It gives me peace of mind and it's even helped me when I left home without my phone and I panicked and thought I lost it at the store I was at. I could look at my daughter's phone, pull up Kidgy and see where my phone was

Kidgy is nice but didn’t get all I wanted from it. Saw a review about a pro-hacker named Clark I contacted him via climaxxsaint at gmail com. He helped me get complete access to my spouses device, location tracking, text messages, WhatsApp, Imessage, everything in the package I chose. He is well mannered.
