Webull has shown excellent security for about a year now on my account, and all of a sudden today I was out a good amount of money yet my portfolio had gone up. Worried I called, and found out all the money is still there but in Webull pay, for anyone else wondering WebullPay does seem legit, but definitely unnecessary, Webull should have kept it all together, if I wanted all crypto holdings in a separate app I would have gone through any of the other crypto trading platforms like Coinbase in the first place.

Woke up this morning completely horrified that my crypto currency was no longer in my Webull app without any notice. I had thought I was hacked! Turns out my crypto was moved without my knowledge to this new app Webull Pay. It is not user friendly. I am so frustrated that I can’t see what my overall position averages are and I cant see the crypto performance anymore over a specific time period. So disappointed in these changes because they have made trading crypto more difficult instead of better. When I have the chance I will switch to a different platform and close my Webull accounts.

I appreciate the fact that WeBull made a payment to trade crypto, and make it very simple. It’s amazing how huge WeBull has turned too from the moment that I’ve joined. I’ve also offered it to a few friends which I know do stocks, and crypto. They have really enjoyed WebullPay and have given it great ratings! Glad to be one of the few to open the new app for WeBull!

I know it’s frustrating to have your crypto moved, and it could be easy to miss the emails and messages they sent. But WebullPay has a lot of good features. The bank set up is really quick and easy. Everything is simple and with great graphics. Runs quickly with no problems.

The only reason I could see for webull sending all its users crypto currency into this horrible generic hole of a app with no options to get their crypto away from it except sell and take money elsewhere is to cause a dip in the crypto market! It’s obviously been designed to be useless in every possible way by a company that has had years of feedback of what makes a trading app desirable from its crypto users! Clearly manipulation of the crypto markets!!!

I used my main Webull account as a main trading account because it could hold stocks and crypto in one place, without the need to transfer cash everywhere, back and forth while waiting for settlement. Now, it seems that will not be possible and I will be forced to move all my trading to another platform that will allow direct access to both stock and crypto in one account. Looking into Interactive Brokers, they are partnered with Paxos for crypto.

BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY ANY CRYPTO HERE. I am a Webull customer that owned crypto that was migrated to this new app. It looks pretty but the overall the functionality is clunky and the worst part about it is you can’t move or send any of the crypto you own into other wallets.

All you can do is buy and sell. At least when it was under the original Webull app you could send/receive BTC, LTC and BCH into other wallets.

This might be the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen, I wake up and I'm losing money from my webull just to find out my crypto got moved over to another app, like why was it necessary?? Now after I sell to move my money back into my Webull ready to just stop using crypto, WebullPay tells me it’s having an error to connect my bank account. Like just give me my money nobody asked for this💀

Haven’t tried it yet but already 1 star experience as the powers that be make us, the people, have to deal with all these different apps instead of ONE APPLICATION. It’s absolutely ridiculous and ludicrous to keep dividing all the services. Can you imagine if you had to buy each item of your lunch from a different restaurant?

I feel like this was a pointless switch just out of no where. Why was MY money moved to a different application when it was perfectly fine on the main Webull App. Only got WebullPay so I could sell my currencies.

There’s no need to have two different apps, it’s harder to manage what my money is doing in terms of the market.

This was the stupidest decision by Webull, how are you going to split the service you provide, and not offer the same features on the new platform?? My bank is no longer supported, so now I’m forced to open a new bank account at another institution to get my money out. Absolutely unacceptable!

Extremely disappointed with webull as it used to be my go to for trading. Should not have to manage two seperate accounts on two different apps, when in fact i prefer having the freedom to move my money as i wish. Honestly never going back to them after this terrible decision.

Why is it that Webull made 2 separate apps but my accounts can’t link? I can’t trade any crypto which is what I primarily used Webull for, and to transfer from Webull I have to put it back in my bank, then deposit it back into Webull pay…why not just link the accounts if you’re going to inconvenience us with 2 separate apps anyways?

Just like Webull’s other app this offers a very simple to use crypto trading experience. Funding to trading was quick and easy.

I enjoyed seeing all my positions in one place. They should not have changed it.

Just downloaded this because now all of a sudden WebullPay I only used for crypto has no crypto. You have to scroll through tons and tons of user agreements about who knows what you gave away all for nothing. Dumb move Webull, disappointed and won’t be growing this account anymore

I was forced to move my crypto from Webull to webull pay. You can’t withdraw fiat funds or even move them back into Webull. Their response is open another bank account. Stay clear of this shady operation. Not being able to move fiat from this app to Webull is as shady as it gets.

Annoying that a whole separate app is needed for crypto. Why make everything more complicated with two apps. I thought Webull was trying to simplify investing for its users. A new app was not the answer. Now I am considering switching my investing accounts to a new platform.

WebullPay does nothing. You can’t do any analysis, see figures, send crypto, pay with crypto, or pay anything for that matter (as the name implies). It is absolutely worthless and should be illegal to automatically transfer all users assets to this application.

This is the dumbest update I’ve ever seen and is making me consider if I want to continue using WeBull or moving to another broker. Absolutely insane that they did this so sneakily and now have to bounce between MORE platforms to trade my own money. Criminal.

Why would you make a different app when everything was on the first app together and everyone was fine with that. The chart is not good, it’s a different account and there was no reason for this. It’s not like we can use it to send or pay for anything really want to know why they did this, and didn’t give us any notice. I woke up to all my Crypto being gone and freaked out thinking I had been hacked. I had no emails from Webull explaining until after they already moved it over, terrible!

If they don’t change this back, I’m 100 percent gonna cancel paying my monthly Webull subscription. To force this foe no reason is abused. Not to mention, I have to share my bank password with a company I’ve never heard of to connect it. Also, I’ve been hearing u can’t transfer money into ur bank if you sell ur crypto- u can only add money FROM ur bank to the new app. If this is true, I’m gonna lose my mind when I sell some crypto and want to put some USD in my bank, only to find out, it’s not allowed

Old g webull app showed small daily charts for all the tradables in a portfolio being viewed. But this webull pay app just shows the current price until you click each to see the separate chart. So I won't be using WebullPay and if the og app stops showing crypto charts then I'll be looking elsewhere altogether before I use the webull pay app to track my current/prospective investments.

I’ve been trading crypto on Webull for a while and there were no apparent problems which is why I’m confused about this change. It took 2 days for my account to transfer and so far I can’t deposit any money, see my account history or make any trades. It’s very frustrating because there was no problem in the first place.

Needs improvement. Simple and sucky. Coinbase has more better ui for trading again. This has nothing advanced. Makes it feel like y’all don’t care so why should we. Want timeframes. Real ones that matter. Chart interaction. Drawing. All the stuff that we were use to having on the other app. Weak for now

I’ve used webull for years for my investments due to being able to trade stocks and crypto in one app. Now I’m stuck with my crypto in this horrible webull pay app with no way to transfer leaving me with my only option being to sell and find another platform. Very disappointed.

Nobody wanted or needed to be forced to use a second app. Re-enter bank accounts again or manage investments separately. WebullPay has almost do data or analytics like the regular app has. Buying & selling is unnecessarily cumbersome. The coins available are limited. The charts have no time or price data for ease of viewing unless you hover over a specific spot.
The way it was forced onto the users was off putting as well. One day I tried to look at my daily P&L & nothing shows for crypto but did for stocks. Then next day all my crypto was gone & my account balance was lowered & it just had a message that said something like, looking for crypto? It’s now on webull pay.
Why was all this necessary?

I logged in Webull and all my crypto had gone missing and I hadn’t been checking on it a lot bc the market is doing so poorly. And then I checked a few days ago and it’s didn’t show any transfer history or where it went just my holding dipped significantly and I only had sticks left in my Webull account. There was no paper trail or anything which make me think I got hacked. But it’s just in there own app and they explained it that all the crypto you buy on Webull isn’t even yours it’s theirs and you have to buy it back on another exchange you can’t even transfer it. LONG STORY SHORT IS DONT USE WEBULL FOR CRYPTO, YOU DONT OWN IT!!!!

I requested to transfer out my cryptos from webull app to my personal wallet. They said the total fee will be $75. Webull already deducted $75 fee from my cash balance for the fee and all my cryptos were disappeared too. It’s been about 2 months from the date I requested the transfer. Now people from this webull pay app ask me to pay them $75 fee again to make the transfer to my wallet. They are trying to double charge me and now holding my cryptos without my permission! I am considering to file a lawsuit against them! Just stay away from WebullPay at all cost everyone!

They moved all your crypto from your webull account to this new app. So you didn’t have access to your crypto until you accepted their new terms and service for WebullPay. The UI and display are totally useless. Lacking all the tools and info webull had that made it dominate over their competitors. It just feels like no effort was put into here and that webull designed it to fail. It seems like they are trying to separate themselves from crypto as fast as possible. So just another reminder. Not your keys not your crypto.

One doesn’t allow you to close positions during a short squeeze when you’re up, the other moves your crypto. (There might have been emails but this was news to me, a push notification would have been nice). They need to recognize in an industry with a ton of miss trust, pulling things like this doesn’t go well for apps. Also the interface on the original app was far better.

Forcing users who have cryptocurrency to download an app that is not mentioned in the TOS is annoying in itself. But if you don’t download WebullPay , your money is effectively stolen, which feels borderline criminal.

Ever since uninstalling robinhood and thinkorswim with their slimy tactics during the GameStop versus hedge funds fight, I thought webull would be a broker who didn’t pull any slimy tactics themselves, but I’ve learned that all brokers are the same. Slimy, scummy, corrupt, lying, stealing, creeps.

I was missing a few hundred dollars in bitcoin because I had not invested much using Webull I thought maybe I had sold my position a long time ago and forgot about it, but it still felt like I was missing money. I just recently found out after a week that my money was moved to WebullPay how is this not theft? I want my bitcoin and I don’t want to agree to the new terms of this new app!

So WebullPay does not work it does not recognize banking information to transfer money, and or transfer money out. It is a scam and on top of that they did listed one of the current cryptocurrency‘s. Despite the fact that it’s treated on other websites actually cost me over $500. They should be subject to a major class action lawsuit because of this change.

I deposited some money last week to test it out, and it took about 5 days for the deposit to show up, I was looking to buy a nice quantity of different cryptos and I come to find out WebullPay doesn’t support most coins, and the worst thing is that you can’t even send or receive bitcoin like what is this then? Im out and also Im trying to withdraw my money and its taking forever for it to be available for withdrawal. Just a terrible experience in a terrible app.

App layout is extremely minimal without any way to customize. Nowhere near the level of detail you would get on the original Webull app. None of my data crossed over so I have to complete all my bank information all over again, a pain. No way to customize which coins you follow and the charts don’t even have a scale. It is literally just a line going up and down, no indication of value. I’m looking at alternatives currently.

I am writing this review to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the recent incident involving the liquidation and sale of my cryptocurrencies on Webull pay. As a loyal customer, I trusted Webull with my investments, but the way this situation was handled has left me deeply dissatisfied.

I strongly urge this company to revisit their policies and procedures regarding the handling of customers' investments. It is essential for Webull to create a more transparent and customer-centric approach that prioritizes the security and control of our assets.

I recently had a positive experience with Robinhood, as they accommodated my request to move my assets elsewhere.

I wish Webull demonstrate a similar level of professionalism and dignity by allowing the transfer of my cryptos to my desired platform.

I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 90,700 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 262,800 USD within a couple of weeks. But i didn’t realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of Alexcybertech01 (At)gmail. So i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds withing two weeks i feel indebted to him. Apart from trying to express my gratitude to them once again using this medium, I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam , reach out to Alexcybertech01 (At) gmail.

App works like it should. More crypto options would be great and the ability to short would be great.

Webull pay is a scam . It rob people money by sell cryptocurrency forcefully and you even can transfor ur cryptocurrency. Please don’t involve in this scam. Protect ur money.

Webull transferred all my crypto to the Webull Pay App and then delisted all my holdings.

First off everyone saying their position was moved here without notice is wrong, there was plenty of emails and in app notices. But, this switch from Webull to Webull pay was completely forced, the only way to opt out was to sell your position or send your crypto somewhere else (if u could) The experience on Webull Pay is bad, and adding the fact that your crypto is transferred from a well put together app (Webull) to this one, makes the experience on Webull Pay TERRIBLE. Webull Pay has no good features, even less than any other platform as far as I can tell. All you can do on here is buy and sell the top 35 coins. You don’t get access to your crypto, it least on Webull most people would be able to transfer their crypto to another wallet. This whole thing has made me rethink even being a customer with Webull, I’ve already switched my IRA out of Webull. After this incident I’ve realized there are other brokerages that offer better services with more features for IRA’s, options trading, AND crypto. I SOON NO LONGER PLAN TO BE A WEBULL CUSTOMER!

Very small amount of cryptos listed and the two main cryptos I have invested into have both been delisted from WebullPay at random times. I do not recommend WebullPay as of right now your money is better kept and has more options in other crypto apps

This platform and the change of my cryptos from webull to webull play, has been the awful thing a broker has done to me.
I am anxiously waiting for the moment for closing my account and never deal with Webull again.

I’m not sure how people missed the emails. They sent me like 5 over the span of the month before and WebullPay gave me about 5 as well. By no means is it a bad app. Runs quick, buying, selling, and moving money from bank accounts is easy if not easier than when crypto was on Webull. Just disappointed there is no wallet function on release. I’ve heard it is coming, but there is no date or even a rough estimate so I am skeptical.

Getting familiar, starting to enjoy what it has to offer. At this time enjoying, and looking forward to newer things it has to offer.

I put a couple thousand into Webull for crypto they moved my money without warning to Webull pay now I just got a email showing my position is sold without warning don’t trust WebullPay get your money out if you are vested and if your not Do Not put money into this Ponzi scheme even if it’s stocks

If you would like to invest in cryptocurrency don’t use Webull. You don’t own or have access to your currency without forking over additional money and they can and will sell it as they please. Take your money and investments elsewhere.

Don’t let the ratings fool you. Just a month ago this thing was around 1 star. Stopped checking WebullPay because of the stupid “migration” to webull pay. Clear manipulation of assets, and sold my crypto for me since I didn’t.

I don’t think it ever occurs to these band wagon companies that most people have busy lives. I invested in Bitcoin a couple years ago now through WebullPay. (Biggest mistake of my life) I lost basically a small fortune and have pretty negative feelings towards that. Especially this company! There’s absolutely zero support they didn’t say anything I just check one day boom!!! All my monies gone. Bitcoin crashed your hosed . I understand some risk but the way I was done I would consider it criminal and I’ve been trying to cash out the little bit of money left and let me tell you it’s been one of the worst experiences in my life! I’ve emailed “support” probably a dozen times and I get a automatic reply. So here I am still not being able to even see the remaining balance I can’t withdraw. Fix this asap. I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB and every social media company in existence. Makes me wonder when Bitcoin supposedly crashed how it’s possible that this company can still be in business. I hope more people that invested unite and launch a investigation about the practices that are going on here. I know I’m going to be making some calls and doing everything I possibly can to have this company investigated.

Didn’t have any problems with new crypto app. All they did was separated from stocks which is understandable and soon as I logged in, all my crypto was there and looked fine to me. They didn’t sell anything for me. Very easy and simple transition.

WeBull Pay lets you buy and sell a very small selection of crypto as if they were stocks … and that’s it. You can’t actually use it to Pay for anything. You can’t transfer your coin out. You can’t do anything but buy and sell within the platform, then transfer out cash. Not exactly a “Pay” app.

I bought doge last week for 320 and today it says I sold for 311$!! I never did!!!! Don’t use this freaking app! No app has ever let this happen before. The money wasn’t even withdrawn to my bank!!

Forced to sell crypto but when you talk to the support, they say you were able to transfer your assets out, but what they don’t tell you is you can’t transfer your crypto out only stocks.

The three business day wait for funds to clear is ridiculous in 2023 for a 24 hour brokerage.

There is much to desire with this new space you have moved all of our crypto currencies to. It doesn’t have the same good feel it did before in the original webull app. This looks more like something a high schooler developed with some basic computer skills. It’s not very user friendly and everything looks and feels unorganized. The charts don’t read as nicely or have the nice options that the real webull app has. You moved us from a mansion into a trailer. I hate your new app.

Forcing me to split my money between crypto and stocks is insane. Want to buy a dip? Sure it’ll only take 2 weeks to withdraw and deposit into ur separate account!! What a joke. Switching back to Robinhood.

This is mostly a scam. You have no means to transfer any real bitcoin in to self custody which is almost a full admission by Webull that they probably do not have the assets to cover the actual BTC. Also, the settlement times for cash deposits are comically long. App is simplistic and cartoonish when compared to strike, Gemini, or other more reputable exchanges. I don’t actually believe Webull is an exchange but more of a clearing house for crypto transactions probably no better than FTX. I’ll be pulling my assets off of this platform first chance I get. Get it together, Webull. Stop treating paying customers like children.

I like WebullPay so far but I think the color of WebullPay should be change it pretty much looks the same Coinbase app. Also if Webull brings the feature to cut money straight from the bank when set up auto buy will be more convenient I think.

The reality is that I am not very satisfied, I do not have an instant deposit which did not allow me to take advantage of an entry today and I am an old Webull client, I cannot send or receive BTC or any other cryptocurrency to other platforms, it does not have sufficient tools and some others more things …..

I’m not sure why anyone would rate this less than 5 stars? It loads easy, has good features, money transfer went smoothly. Probably could use a few more trading tools. But as far as safety, Webull does its crypto trading through Bakkt, which is owned by the NYSE. It doesn’t get any safer than that.

Not really happy about having my account forced into switching to the plus platform. I have had it open for four weeks now and can’t withdraw any of my money.

No matter what I say someone will be doubtful. I’m not a robot. I’m not a scammer. I don’t work for Webull. My boss introduced me to Webull and said it’s a safer platform than coin base. He’s a wise man and I trust him. I got Webull, I looked at coin base and bi nance and Webull’s layout is better. Yes I misspelled coin base and bi nance for a reason. The graphics are better. It’s easier to see the numbers and readily tell where something’s at on the market without having to click back and lose your focus. And security matters, so this is where I stay!

I wish they can add more crypto , no to many options only thing I don’t like other wise it’s a good app

Outstanding service

Webull Pay should not be a thing. I’m used to using Webull and was very comfortable with the previous setup before WePay. I understand the fact that you are trying to protect yourself from the SEC and other entities that may come after you but the Platform and not good to me.

I left a one star review because this entire separation of the Webull platform is annoying, now I cannot buy Bitcoin with my automatic deposits. I now have automatic deposits set to the non crypto platform that I cannot buy crypto on. I also have to manage two trading apps.

If I could give WebullPay zero stars I would. I downloaded WebullPay under the impression I would have a crypto wallet to transfer funds into and out of in addition to being able to buy crypto, but this was not the case.
I unfortunately found this out AFTER initiating a deposit, but they made it so there is no possible way to cancel a deposit request.
After my funds came into my account I initiated a withdraw request to put my money back into my bank, and WebullPay claims that this was done, yet no credit for the amount exists on my bank statement.
Not only all of this, but in the feedback section of WebullPay itself, they make it stupidly difficult to even submit feedback by disallowing you to exit your keyboard without attempting to cancel the feedback submission; WORST UI ISSUE.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I like the stock market very well. It’s part of me and what I do. I don’t do it to make money which is not smart I’m sure but I like to keep up with it. Thanks. Just trying to be nice and get a job

WebullPay doesn’t let to do drownings, minimum tools to analyze, no volume indicators, only few indicators, guys seriously?

The Webull pay app, doesn’t have a debit card and neither does Webull investing app. They should have a debit card, any other Bank or Brokerage account has one, even Robinhoods platform has a free debit card if you want to get one. I have both a credit card and a bank card with TD Ameritrade and Citizens Bank.
What if you wanted to put your money into Webull and you can’t use it to pay your bills or take money out of your account at an ATM machine. This is why I gave Webull pay app only 2 stars. Also the choice of Cryptocurrencies is very limited compared to other Cryptocurrency Platforms such as Binance, ByBit, KuCoin etc..

I have been a Webull customer for almost I want to say three years. I’ve never had a problem I’ve always loved. everything you do, but I have not been able to get the new pay app for crypto to work for me for almost 2 months. Now I go to put my Social Security number in and it says invalid and I know my Social Security number is not invalid, so I do not understand what is going on, I’ve been hoping that you guys were just gonna fix it one day. Everything was gonna be good but I have never been able to get it to work. Please help.

Saw comments from 5 days ago that people are seeing the option to transfer crypto to their wallets. However, I still don’t see that option (upon tapping “Show More”, also clicked every possible button and toggles). Not sure if this is rolled out to specific OS / type of users / etc. I’m an Apple OS user, been using WeBull for 3 years (automatically migrated over to WeBull Pay during its inception), have 5-digit worth (USD) of crypto. I wanted to use WebullPay to make purchases with cryptocurrency. For some reason, WebullPay cannot recognize the bitcoin cash address of the recipient. I have reached out to the customer service. Their first response was about 5 hours after my request was submitted and they asked for more details. It took them another hour for the second response. It’s been about a day and they still have not able to provide a solution.

I’m not sure why everyone’s giving this five stars unless it’s all fake reviews. You can’t change your watchlist or delete coins from it. Yesterday I was getting tons of notifications and couldn’t turn off alerts even though I didn’t set any alerts up except for my coins. I was getting alerts for all coins. I feel like it’s designed as a scam to get you to buy into the coin that moving.

The layout is cool & easy to navigate, and the graphic user interface is hands down the best I’ve seen. I haven’t had any problems or concerns with Webull Pay at all since crypto migrated over from trading on the Webull app. 3 stars because of the limited number of cryptocurrencies that are available to trade, which is a total of 8: Bitcoin, Etherium, Bitcoin Cash, Etherium Classic, USDC, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and Sheba Inu. Back when you could trade crypto on the Webull app in 2021 & 2022 there were 40 to 44 cryptocurrencies that you could trade before the market crash & then crypto migrated from the Webull app to Webull Pay. I get the reasons why with the crypto market crash chaos affecting risk tolerance and all. But it’s not crypto Winter anymore, and it’s starting to run hot again. For a 5 star rating, Webull Pay needs to add at least 40+ cryptocurrencies to trade and then Webull Pay will be rockin’ with tons of new customers.

The fact that they only have a literal hand full of “safe” coins is the real reason you should invest, they don’t have any scam coins at all so you can really diversify or take risk which is what you need to build the basic skill necessary to take the necessary steps and not mess up when you learn more and start to transfer and trade coins

I’m in Shib, one of my first crypto endeavors and its recently been doing extremely well. With that being said I have set several stop limit and every time they should have been executed it just didn’t and then for a brief period of time maybe 4-6 hours the chart was not recording on one day at all. Just so happened to be while it was running up. Its creating a bad trading experience for me and I don’t plan on entering any other crypto trade via webull.

I am beyond disgusted with webull and how financially irresponsible they are to be able to liquidate using bakkt (broker) to liquidate my tokens and even if they sent an email regarding this situation.. nothing was formally addressed on WebullPay itself; no notifications or anything forewarning on WebullPay itself about what was coming. They literally gave you the base value of the crypto that you purchased for the price you purchased.. instead of current market value. Absolute thievery and basically a scam.. I lost trust in Webull altogether.

The chart appearance and abilities are not as good as they used to be when it was just Webull trading. Now that they are seperate, the charts give minimal information and are much harder to read and understand. There are some good things I like such as alerts and easy trading, but I wish it was still on the regular Webull platform or at least had similar/better graph capabilities/information.

I got into Webull for crypto. About 1yr into Webull, they started dropping several cryptos I was involved in. I had to sell or move them or loose them. That left a sour taste in my mouth. I gave a 3 star because the site has some good functions and I was able to keep one of my investments in. Honest as I can be for anyone getting Webull. I dont hate it, but Im not happy with it either. Good Luck out there people.❤️❤️❤️

Support stated at least since beginning Jan that coin in and out features would be added soon. More than two months and no update no features, less coins than anyone, not to mention being forced to use WebullPay in the first place.
###Just received reply from company that transfer out is available. They didn’t mention it’s only for BTC. Try harder please. Need SHIB support.

I’ve had trouble with several platforms depositing from my bank account. Webull Pay was a breeze! I already love my Webull app, so this makes it even better!

It works nicely. But things seem to be a little slow. Also not being able to buy anything for a whole hour everyday is VARY ANNOYING. Especially when that’s when the prices come down the hardest.

The good: WebullPay is easy to use and the charts are good but definitely not at the level of the original Webull app. Moving averages, Bollinger bands, rsi, macd and the basic indicators are all included which is a plus! Transferring money into WebullPay is easy and secure. The mostly commonly used crypto is on WebullPay but many that imo should be included sadly are not.
The bad: there seems to be a delay in the price by as much as 24 hours when opening WebullPay , it can take up to 30 seconds to correct. The spread to buy crypto is very wide, when you buy you can not buy at the current price you have to buy at a much higher price leaving you in the red immediately after purchasing. If you place a sell order be prepared for them to cancel it the same day. The price can hit your sell order number but unless the ask price hits your number, it will not sell and you will be stuck holding and waiting (that is if they don’t cancel your order. When you switch time frames you will also have to zoom in every time as they zoom out every time which can be annoying. Customer service is also difficult to contact and the response time is slow.
In conclusion: overall WebullPay is easy to use and the charts are better then most but I believe they are still lacking the from the original app.

I have been a WeBull customer for years. I downloaded WebullPay as a companion to my brokerage account. Something happened that I had to deactivate my account. I returned to log back in and it said I couldn’t place any orders to buy crypto. I contacted customer service to have my account reactivated and was told that it’s not their policy. It was nice to have it linked to my brokerage account for convenience, however the customer service folks refuse to reactivate my account even though its linked to all my information. Disappointing. If the webull account team see this please contact me.
