This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Subisu Level Worse. They got 3 numbers in customer care contact but they don’t receive any. Plus there is issue with UI (image compatibility) in KYC making it impossible to submit.

PrabhuPAY is trash,all about making money.I was trying to vote and only 1 vote was free!you must be kidding me dude!As i live overseas there are no other options to vote which is sad!I feel sad that voice of nepal ditched its own app and collaborated with this trash app!!i would give 0 stars if i had a choice!

It has so many issue. It crash a lot. I try to perform 1 transaction and it crash . I couldn’t able to. I will give PrabhuPAY 0 if there was option. shame on you.

Tried to use US visa card to load funds. Always get error saying to contact merchant. My bank says there is no problem.

Why is Prabhu pay collecting all of these data:
Your info including marital status and all
Your parents data
Your grandfathers info
This doesn’t sound good to me and my privacy!!
Too much data to provide even to vote for a contestant. Lot of data breach these days.
