I have been a WeBull customer for years. I downloaded this app as a companion to my brokerage account. Something happened that I had to deactivate my account. I returned to log back in and it said I couldn’t place any orders to buy crypto. I contacted customer service to have my account reactivated and was told that it’s not their policy. It was nice to have it linked to my brokerage account for convenience, however the customer service folks refuse to reactivate my account even though its linked to all my information. Disappointing. If the webull account team see this please contact me.
Can’t send crypto and long response time

I wanted to use this app to make purchases with cryptocurrency. For some reason, the app cannot recognize the bitcoin cash address of the recipient. I have reached out to the customer service. Their first response was about 5 hours after my request was submitted and they asked for more details. It took them another hour for the second response. It’s been about a day and they still have not able to provide a solution.

I’m not sure why everyone’s giving this five stars unless it’s all fake reviews. You can’t change your watchlist or delete coins from it. Yesterday I was getting tons of notifications and couldn’t turn off alerts even though I didn’t set any alerts up except for my coins. I was getting alerts for all coins. I feel like it’s designed as a scam to get you to buy into the coin that moving.
