I very much preferred the old app. This one seems a bit more difficult to navigate.

The old app was already good, but I love the new app even more!

Can't even get logged in. I have a code texted to me and the field to enter the code in Y12FederalCreditUnion doesn't allow any typing. I try the call method and after pressing 1 am told to wait. Finally after 5 minutes it says there was a problem getting back to me. Now when I try to login text and call are grayed out and I have no way to verify my identity.

It was a rocky start but I love the new app! I love that you can do a lot more now without having to go to the website. I also love being able to adjust the order of how I view my accounts & even hide some if I want. Being able to see more account & transaction detail is awesome too. Can’t wait to explore & see what else I can do! Also shout out to the employees who are always so nice, even when they are going through a big update!

Right away it made me change my login password. Hopefully I can change it back. The platform looks technical and banking. The old was so friendly and inviting. The reward points are not visible with the accounts. I do have to say I like now finally you can see the details of transactions and plus my payments on what was interesting and principal. Going to the bank’s website to see information seems faster. Some are better and that’s why I scored it this.

Y12FederalCreditUnion is so user-friendly and makes it easy to see my balance and transactions. Reviewers who say the new app was rolled out without notice must have been in outer space for the past few months because I received multiple notices both digitally and through mail. I love being able to do my online banking in a speedy and secure way!

The old app was far superior to this one. Can not do a mobile deposit reliably and this is my biggest gripe with Y12FederalCreditUnion . I could get over the other issues if the mobile check deposit worked better. Feels like a banking app from 10 years ago instead of a modern application. Has not been user friendly at all. It was much easier to see what was coming in and out of my accounts with the old app. This one it all just blends in. Very disappointed in the roll out of Y12FederalCreditUnion.

previously on the old app my money from my paycheck would just come in automatically every single day at 12 AM ever since I switched to Y12FederalCreditUnion this is the first paycheck I could’ve gotten with it and it has not come in. It has been over eight hours, since my paycheck was supposed to come in. Do any of you guys know how to fix this cause I need my paycheck lol.

I hate change, but I have to admit this new app is great! It is way easier to use than the previous one. I love that I can see all accounts on the first page - including accounts from other financial institutions! I also enjoy the streamlined look and updated colors.

I’m very happy with the new banking app. It has all of the features I use and makes it easy to pay bills, move money to and from my other banks and pay friends. Happy to have digital banking tools that are as strong as their wonderful staff who are always so helpful.

I absolutely love the new app. While I had a couple issues getting logged in, once I was in, it has been great! It reminds me a lot of one of my older institutions that I had. I like the ability to do more through Y12FederalCreditUnion instead of having to go into a branch.

I love this new app! Paying off my credit card was so easy and took no time at all. It had a pay button right on the main screen. Y12FederalCreditUnion gives you so much more information than the previous one did.

This “new” app feels like we’ve went backwards about 10 years. With the old system I was able to transfer money between family members (my sons account most importantly) with ease and without limits. I also have several business accounts along with a personal account that if I want to transfer a large sum of money I will now have to write a check and mobile deposit or call and wait on hold forever.

Why change a great working banking app that was user friendly and allowed people to easily change password if needed, to this awful new banking app that doesn’t even allow me to change my password that I already know that worked perfectly fine on my old app! I don’t want to change my password my old one is just fine. What a joke and it’s bad enough that I’m considering closing my y-12 account and moving on.

Much easier to view balance snapshots and get balance and activity alerts. So glad to be able to control my card online.

In addition to issues I previously mentioned, here’s a fun new one: when I log in to my business accounts through this new app - with my business user name and business password - it somehow logs me into my personal accounts. How in the heck?!?! I’m finding myself using the web site more and more with the introduction of this new app. 🙄

I thought the old system was nice but this has a lot more features and options available. Easy to use and the staff are always so helpful!

I love the new app. Being able to download Y12FederalCreditUnion on my Mac is a nice improvement as well. New security features like OTP at login is something I’ve been wanting for a long time.

Terrible app. The whole point of mobile banking is to do it mobile. The fonts and set up are archaic but the worst part is it won’t accept any deposited check. Multiple surfaces, multiple lighting and multiple errors. With tech support giving no options, I now have to go hand deposit every single business and personal check I receive. Worst app I’ve used.

The new features this upgrade provided makes managing our accounts a breeze! I also love the look and feel of the platform and how easy it is to navigate.

I’m a new member and I love the new app! The features, the layout, and the rates! I can link other accounts from other institutions and transfer all within one app. It’s great! Thank you Y12 FCU.

I'm so happy with the new app! Y-12 made it so easy to switch over! I love how it saves internal transfer info now, I no longer have to ask for it each month!

Logging in requires several text codes. Moving to other functions within Y12FederalCreditUnion will require more text codes. If you share an account or have more than one account there are no names listed - transferring between accounts is a guessing game. Accounts are not in the same order as before so who knows? The old app was more user friendly.

I love the new Y12 app. It feels more secure and it definitely is a great upgrade from the previous app. It’s easy to use and I am really enjoying it! Thank you Y12❤️

This is the worst. It’s very difficult to get mobile deposits to go through. The blandness of it blends together. I cannot express how much I feel like Y12FederalCreditUnion compared to the last is about 6 downgrades too many. It’s difficult to get anything done and see descriptive things like the previous app. Absolute trash compared to the last. I honestly expected much better compared to what we came from.

The old app was easy, simple, and intuitive. The new app is clunky and poorly designed. It’s causing issues accessing accounts that I previously had linked together due to “privacy.” Even though that wasn’t an issue for the last 8 years. App often crashes and lags. Really disappointed with this change. Considering changing banks due to the constant inconvenience

This was a big undertaking as the site looks completely different. After the first time or two of learning where things were moved, I found it to be a great improvement!!! Much more
Streamlined and helps me get to what I need quickly! Big fan.

The options with keeping my device secure, notifications with attempts of access, and the ability for the CU employees to follow along and see the information I see…VERY HELPFUL. I know change is hard on us all. But please give it a try, I hope overtime it makes your life a little more secure and stress free.

Compared to the old app, the new one is great! There are a few new features. I really like that I can move the accounts around and rename them. No problems logging in as long as you just read the instructions it gives you.

I am loving the new App! It’s so easy to use and convenient. I can see transaction details that I couldn’t see before and get alerts when my direct deposit goes into my account. I utilize the mobile deposit feature a lot and it is so easy! Great App and keep up the good work!

I love the new ap! Easy to change password, pay bills, transfer money! It does so much more than the old application. Much easier to use and combine all my accounts to one login!

Y12FederalCreditUnion does not work as well as the previous one that they had out.
Mobile transfers from other bank accounts won’t work properly for me, ever. The login never works, and I always have to change my password. Renewing my password does not work, it always states “this password has already been used.” When, in fact, it absolutely has not ever been used. The whole process makes dealing with the financial institution much more difficult. No point in the “convenience” of an app if it can’t carry out its purpose.
Maybe one day it will run properly, but until then I guess I’ll stick with calling in.

I've been a Y12 customer for years and loved how easy it was to pay bills online. Now the new app makes so many UI mistakes that I have to retrain myself each time I go in and pay a bill. Open Y12FederalCreditUnion , go to "Easy Pay" then I have to click the Pay button to get a list of my billers, then type in some text to search the list, then I can enter the amount that needs to be paid. Then I hit the pay button again? Too many clicks and makes zero sense.
