They changed to new system removed my bill pay so doing by hand, removed old monthly report new system wants Member number not account number which no one uses and you guessed it Member number on past reports. Now i tried login in with account number then number that designates my account and lastly with second saving accounts to know results other that please call your locked out then called no answer only busy signal final the afternoon got there automated system 96 min estimated wait time whoever set this up should be fired actual shot first then fired no thought at all, but half of call were Member id needed and reset login. if you have old account with password why couldn't we sign in with that then on next login do update to new password. I have 10 per cent in weokie and 90 in tinker if i get up and running I'm reversing that. Who couldn't have seen this coming. Next gripe you go to existing account... notice ere going to new system no way to get there however if you logout the page after a minute will just revert and ask you first time this one will take you to new sign in see above why not do like everyone does and say going to new system CLICK HERE a 3rd grader could figure that up.

This is a much needed upgrade and it looks and work great. I have been beta testing TinkerFederalCreditUnion for weeks and have seen many bug fixes and enhancements. Most of my concerns have been fixed. I still would like to see a total of all accounts in the accounts screen and maybe an option to make the account “tiles” a bit more compact to be able to see multiple accounts and the total all on one screen without scrolling. Great job! I appreciate the hard work!

This is such an incredible improvement over the old app! It fits my large phone screen and is snappy and responsive. Nice job on the design and having it be customizable too. Thank you for all the hard work that went into making this!

It’s nice, BUT I still can’t do transfers. Already went to the branch to figure it out. Uninstalled then reinstalled, checked for updates, nothing. Nothing wrong with my phone or connection. Called the 1-800 number and she said she can’t fix it for me.

Can’t get certain functions to work. Bill pay won’t connect and click checking status data seems to be missing or also doesn’t connect. Since I downloaded TinkerFederalCreditUnion, my old link doesn’t work. Not happy.

Ok, this might be ok if you were on a phone, but being on an iPad I hate it! It’s turned the wrong way and too small to fill my screen. Did I download the wrong version? If so, please direct me to the correct one.
