Very user friendly and uncluttered. I enjoy online banking with AffinityFederalCreditUnion, I wished it had the option to switch to the website’s robust data and additional features. I’ve made several suggestions to improve AffinityFederalCreditUnion as is, I hope that Affinity works them out soon with their developers, and show they really value their customer’s input.

I’ve been easily able to navigate AffinityFederalCreditUnion since installing it. It contains all the personal access information I need to make choices about money transfers, bill pay, etc. I even just learned through AffinityFederalCreditUnion that my FICO credit score is the highest it’s ever been! I can’t think of one thing I would change or add, so THANKS AFFINITY!

I love the ease AffinityFederalCreditUnion gives users from the ability to transfer funds to and from different institutions and the use of Zelle. Actually, the services offered and the online access makes Affinity our primary choice for credit union services.

AffinityFederalCreditUnion does the bare minimum and whenever I click certain links I constantly get error messages. The estatements and docs link doesn't work at all, it's like some of these buttons are there strictly for show. Also you have to get on a laptop or desktop to find your account information because it is nowhere in AffinityFederalCreditUnion . I’m so tired of having to jump through hoops on different devices or dig through my recycling to find my account or routing number. Please fix these things ..there are plenty other credit unions out there..

I’ve been with them since I was about 13 years old and now I’m 23. They’ve always helped when needed and I’ve never have a problem with them. I also never write reviews so this says a lot. I speak so highly of Affinity. I love this bank.

Everyone should move over to a credit union - especially Affinity. AffinityFederalCreditUnion puts it on equal ground of all other banks - minus the ridiculous fees and minimum balance requirements. Get an account and use AffinityFederalCreditUnion - you will not be sorry.

The mobile deposit is really buggy and clunky and slow

Over the last few years, I have seen Affinity Federal Credit Union transitioning to be looking just like an average bank.
This transition away from the spirit of a credit-union has left me asking if this is the right place to be banking???
Frankly, I believe that the solution is to hire a CEO who understands why credit unions exist, and are not banks. The current CEO is systematically and relentlessly destroying Affinity on a daily basis!!!!
Is channeling more than $150k through the system annually this insignificant to Affinity???

I keep getting the message service not available on both my iPhone or my iPad. This has been going on for several weeks, and I called customer service and they cannot help. I am told to call back during the work day - my work day as well. I have deleted the apps and reinstalled AffinityFederalCreditUnion , my IOS is up to date. I am not having any problem with any other app. As a long term customer, this is not good customer service.

Great app. I can suggest only one thing I would find desirable. I would like it better if I had to tap the Face ID icon, or at least have the option to do so, so that AffinityFederalCreditUnion didn’t open when I really wanted to do a quick balanced check.

Of all the apps that I use for day to day life style functions this is by far the best one! It is easy to use, therefore helps me to be accurate and timely with bill pay and managing my finances!!

I only use AffinityFederalCreditUnion to deposit checks and transfer money. Why did the check deposit button move from the bottom menu? Now its hidden in the “more” section.

As my primary financial institution it is great to have my account information at my finger tips. Everything from Bill Pay to Mobile Deposit makes my life easier. Keep up the good work AFCU.

Constantly having to review the photos when I know they are good as an extra step and the deposit process is very frustrating

Great app and so easy to use however the only thing I hope can be added is option for iPhones to log in with a finger print

Been a member for 10 years… so many good things! My favorite is being able to exchange my loose change for no fee!! Pretty cool!

Great App! I’ve almost never had any issues with it. Unless i overlooked it, I do wish there was an option to print our eStatements from within AffinityFederalCreditUnion tho!
