Terrible App
by Mobile Deposit Dosent Work
The old app was far superior to this one. Can not do a mobile deposit reliably and this is my biggest gripe with the app. I could get over the other issues if the mobile check deposit worked better. Feels like a banking app from 10 years ago instead of a modern application. Has not been user friendly at all. It was much easier to see what was coming in and out of my accounts with the old app. This one it all just blends in. Very disappointed in the roll out of this app.

This “new” app feels like we’ve went backwards about 10 years. With the old system I was able to transfer money between family members (my sons account most importantly) with ease and without limits. I also have several business accounts along with a personal account that if I want to transfer a large sum of money I will now have to write a check and mobile deposit or call and wait on hold forever.

Why change a great working banking app that was user friendly and allowed people to easily change password if needed, to this awful new banking app that doesn’t even allow me to change my password that I already know that worked perfectly fine on my old app! I don’t want to change my password my old one is just fine. What a joke and it’s bad enough that I’m considering closing my y-12 account and moving on.
