Terrible new login system

Can't even get logged in. I have a code texted to me and the field to enter the code in the app doesn't allow any typing. I try the call method and after pressing 1 am told to wait. Finally after 5 minutes it says there was a problem getting back to me. Now when I try to login text and call are grayed out and I have no way to verify my identity.

Terrible App

The old app was far superior to this one. Can not do a mobile deposit reliably and this is my biggest gripe with the app. I could get over the other issues if the mobile check deposit worked better. Feels like a banking app from 10 years ago instead of a modern application. Has not been user friendly at all. It was much easier to see what was coming in and out of my accounts with the old app. This one it all just blends in. Very disappointed in the roll out of this app.

2 steps back

This “new” app feels like we’ve went backwards about 10 years. With the old system I was able to transfer money between family members (my sons account most importantly) with ease and without limits. I also have several business accounts along with a personal account that if I want to transfer a large sum of money I will now have to write a check and mobile deposit or call and wait on hold forever.
