About: Secrets is an app for storing all of your passwords and anything else you want
to keep … secret! There are lots of things in our daily lives that we don’t
want other people to know like credit card details, bank details, and of course,
passwords. Secrets can protect all of those things and more in an app that’s
easy to use but still secured by strong encryption and advanced sync technology.

About Secrets 4 Password Manager

- Get all of your passwords and information into Secrets with ease — import from 1Password, LastPass, and other popular services or import using a CSV file.

Despite that, Secrets is full of features that you’re going to love using and will make using your passwords and other information a breeze.

Secrets uses strong 256-bit encryption and locks your information behind biometric (Face ID or Touch ID) and alphanumeric (a strong and unique passphrase) protection.

Because we think that your secrets should be yours and yours alone, your passwords and information are never synced with our servers.

- Access your passwords when you need them — Secrets for iPhone and iPad securely integrates with browsers on Windows and Linux so your passwords are never more than a few taps away.

- Store all of your passwords, credit cards, bank details, and other information so that it’s always there when you need it.

Secrets supports iCloud syncing so your information is always available and up-to-date.

Secrets is a free download and there are one-time in-app purchases available to unlock additional features.

Automatic locking ensures that Secrets keeps all of your information locked away even if your phone/computer is stolen.

Secrets can protect all of those things and more in an app that’s easy to use but still secured by strong encryption and advanced sync technology.

There are lots of things in our daily lives that we don’t want other people to know like credit card details, bank details, and of course, passwords.

Use Touch ID or Face ID to unlock Secrets or set up a strong passphrase — or both! You can even use your Apple Watch to unlock Secrets on the Mac.

We don't have access to your information, including usernames and passwords.

Synced information doesn’t use our servers and nothing leaves your device or iCloud (when syncing is enabled).

The Best Password Manager - Bar None

I’ve tried them all, and unfortunately paid for them all, but always came back to Secrets. And now Secrets 4 creams the competition! Offering everything you could want from a Password Manager and so much more! Now if you could make a version for Microsoft so it goes cross platform, because some of us have to still use a Windows machine for work unfortunately. Anyways, thank you to the developers. THE BEST PASSWORD MANAGER EVER!

Solid Upgrade

Have been using Secrets for quite a while and this is a very solid upgrade. Great new functionality. Nice design updates. And a smooth transfer process.

New Secrets, New Problems

The previous version of Secrets4PasswordManager was well refined and trustworthy. The new version has so many and such odd bugs that it is hard to believe it was ever tested at all.

Garbage

App crashes. Does not transfer information correctly from V3. I use V3 and thought this would be "better" but its worse. Does not work properly at all. Fairly simple app that doesnt work - even after they had a working version...I dont get it...I want a refund!

Still no additional fields

Another upgrade, and still no way to add additional fields, password protected or otherwise. It's a dealkiller, and apparently not one they're interested in fixing.

Buggy downgrade from the previous version.

Nothing all that new or useful, and the Safari extension has been broken from the beginning for me with no fix still.

Secrets 4 crashes

Secrets 4 crashes on my
iPhone 4.

I’ve had to move back to Secrets 3

Nice Password App

Easy to import from other pw manager, everything moved over, setup was easy, syncing between devices was a little much but pretty simple to get through, integration with apple fill in very good, browser extensions work well, nice security and biometrics. TOTP works as described and sync is instant between devices. Firefox works. Not all site icons were pulled, can't find where to get that working. A password manager, passkeys?

Really good password manager.

Unlike other passwords managers, Secrets uses Apple iCloud security. Apples security is rock solid and your passwords are safe. If you only use Apple products, this is a great app to store your passwords.

UI is 10/10, Password manager is intuitive

Highly recommended.

Excellent tool!

Thank you very much!

Good!

I wish it autopopulated in-field on macOS rather than requiring clicking the icon in the toolbar first.

not enough real reviews to know whether I can trust my info with this app yet

How can we trust it?

Has Secrets’ codebase received a security audit by a third party?

I know the likelihood of our data being exposed is low, and I understand that Secrets is designed with strong security principles. However, because this software is not open source, we really don’t know if it has vulnerabilities. Just look at LastPass, which has been hacked several times.

Once we can feel confident in the quality of its code, Secrets will be the best password manager ever!

Good app with some glitches

1. iPad version crashes frequently

2. Mac version is extremely slow on Intel models

Updated: reinstalled iPad app fixed the crash issue

Updated 2: after unbearable initial indexing phase (maybe 2 days), the Mac app backs to work, but I don’t understand why it still wants to index again every time it gets unlocked, for which have to wait like 10 seconds to show items stored.

It’s the best password manager on the market

I like that the ui is clean and simple and the smooth native apple ui is great I’m not asking for any changes but on the screen that shows the password and you copy it well that screen is very laggy but every other part of Secrets4PasswordManager is really smooth. I’d recommend you to have the option to lock Secrets4PasswordManager every single time you put it in the background for security purposes. Also to input the password to copy too. Other than that this is the bomb!

hope support chinese and other function

Why can't this software be like the password management that comes with the mobile phone? It automatically pops up the password page according to the website to fill in, but after filling in according to the account, the password page will pop up to backfill. Can you support this function?

Nice UI, password rules too limited

This has a nice UI that feels very Appley. However it is not serviceable as my password manager without more control over password generation. You cannot create memorable or typable passwords (i.e. using word lists) and you cannot control *which* punctuation characters are valid, only whether some are included.

Could Be Great

Id like to start off by saying I love the concept the developers have implemented of this password manager but it needs a lot of work. Adding a device is a hassle, with notifications turned on in any device there is a bug that takes multiple tries to request authorization. The notification takes forever to come through to the device authorizing it. iCloud doesn’t sync and respond to password changes quickly and it’s pretty annoying. There’s a limit of default icons and images for the passwords. I’m glad they let you upload your own but preferably if they could grab the sites favicon that would be great. A feature request to add a “sign in with” mode since there are a lot of accounts people sign in using other accounts like Google or Microsoft to validate the sign in. 1Password does this really well and it helps keeping track of accounts. I would love to be a paying customer but it needs improvements.

Good enough for my needs.

I’ve grown accustomed to using a password manager but when I stopped using the one I was using for years, I struggled to find a replacement. I stumbled upon Secrets4PasswordManager and I’ve been using it for sometime now without any problems.

Love that it stays inside my iCloud!

Great app, my third and last. Awesome personal support!
