Password Secure Manager App Reviews

I too had a problem within the last week where my Password App plus all of my passwords were deleted from my iPhone 7. I have used PasswordSecureManagerApp for several years with no problem until now. I thought I had accidentally deleted PasswordSecureManagerApp but, since it is my most important app, I’m sure I would have noticed. It just suddenly disappeared from my first page of my phone.
I tried reloading PasswordSecureManagerApp . When PasswordSecureManagerApp ask me “are you a returning customer” I selected yes. But when I entered my email address (several times), the message said “Do not recognize the email address”.
I had recorded about 25 or 30 passwords in PasswordSecureManagerApp and desperate to get them back.
Can you help?

Everything worked just fine with PasswordSecureManagerApp until the most recent update. It deleted all of my passwords I had stored. When I reached out to customer support, they sent a generic response with instructions on what to do if there were issues with the update. The email stated to make sure PasswordSecureManagerApp was up to date and if I had any other problems to reply back to the message, so I did with my exact problem. This was 3 days ago and I still haven't heard anything back. I am done with PasswordSecureManagerApp. Don't use PasswordSecureManagerApp unless you want to reset all your passwords when they do an update!!!

I Juste upgraded from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone X however when I import PasswordSecureManagerApp to the new phone from the cloud I get an error message indicating that the apps is not connecting and it stop on a Blanc screen.
Please note that I purchased the full yearly subscription. I will greatly appreciate your help in resolving the situation.

So um I forgot my password for the password app and I don’t know what to do! It’s not giving me an option to reset the master passcode.I also could find anything online to help me either. Please tell me there’s a way to get back into PasswordSecureManagerApp .

I understand they want to make money on their app, but forcing me to sign up for their 7-day trial without a "No Thanks" option is pretty bad.

Honestly, for the very limited use I have for PasswordSecureManagerApp, I would be very happy to pay $1.99 or something. I simply do not need all the extra features that make them feel entitled to charging $30 a year.

Good riddance! I hated the updates anyway.

So i look at the reviews and all I see is people losing their passwords But I have a way to ask Smart them what if I write down my password in a book like a diary

I have been using the pro version of PasswordSecureManagerApp for a long time and really liked it. Recently I purchased a new phone and needed to reinstall. The pro app is gone from PasswordSecureManagerApp Store and no one from support is answering. I am now forced to find a new password app with 600+ accounts to retype. I would not even use the “lite” version as it appears support is all but gone.

App Store shows its free, downloaded it, and bam....it says your can try all the premium parts of PasswordSecureManagerApp for free for 14 days. So it’s going to charge me after 14 days but it doesn’t say how much. It just goes straight to PasswordSecureManagerApp . That’s shady at best.

I would suggest an app that’s is straight forward and you have ALL the details (like how much it cost after the trail) before you get it all set up.

During my trial period, app worked perfect so I purchased year subscription, uploaded 76 images and now can’t open any of my images uploaded. I’ve sent emails on 2 separate occasions for trouble shooting but only receive an apology that it doesn’t work and hoping for an app update fix. Purchased Sept, it’s now Dec and still can’t view my documents uploaded.

So, I accidentally subscribed to it and forgot. I deleted PasswordSecureManagerApp then. One day I got an email that $30 have been deducted from my account for the auto renewal of it.

I want to unsubscribe it since PasswordSecureManagerApp is no use for me. I again downloaded it and its asking for an email id as returning user. I don’t have any email id on it. I have no clue what should I do to unsubscribe it.

If you are a new user. It doesn’t ask for an email id to put. It just asks to create a password and thats what I did.
Now being a returning user, I have no email id to put on.

Its just q trap to make money. Download it and u will know it

What they are doing is forcing you to start the 7 day free trial and forget to cancel and get charged 29 bucks! There is a way to get around this. Just start the free trial and then follow the instructions to cancel before the free trial ends. But I do agree this I way very shady way of making money! I cancelled mine so now I just have to wait and see what happens to PasswordSecureManagerApp when the trial runs out!

PasswordSecureManagerApp worked fine until it forced me to try out the paid version in order to continue viewing my passwords. It was very frustrating because all of my data I spent time entering was locked unless I paid a ransom. Don’t get PasswordSecureManagerApp unless you’re looking for the premium version

I love PasswordSecureManagerApp, I 100% recommend PasswordSecureManagerApp to anyone who wants to protect their private life from others

I forgot my password and the touch id not appear anymore !! I want to open it with touch id
