Xiaomi smart band 7,как и mi smart band 6 не синхронизируется с телефоном Samsung 52 модели. Каждый раз,надо заходить в приложение. Мешает банер о переносе данных с Zepp Life. Китайский сервер не разрешает передачу данных в другие регионы при запуске переноса с Zepp Life. Запрет переноса не справедлив на глобальном рынке Xiaomi . Интерфейс приложения на Русском языке,а приложение на Китайском и Английском языке. Не хватает офлайн-доступа к серверам,по-скольку не всегда доступен интернет. Нет синхронизации с Google-fit,хотя,он подключен у меня. Номер телефона для авторизации глобально запрещён,а электронная почта разрешена. Запрет номера телефона,как и запрет передачи данных в другие регионы при запуске переноса с Zepp Life не справедлив на глобальном рынке компании. Сторонние аккаунты не поддерживаются,хотя,они предлагаются. Нет контрольных вопросов в моей учётной записи,хотя,в справке они предлагаются. Обновления,как и инструкции не решают мои проблемы. Приложение не удачное. Его я не рекомендую.

Works sporadically at best

Even though my device is connected on the app device connection page and phone’s blue tooth page, the device is “not connected” on the app’s main page. However, the “tap to connect” button is grayed out so you cannot attempt a connect either. I wanted to change the background style but cannot because “your device is not connected” apparently... so frustrating. I can however locate my phone and device through the relevant button on the app.... so it is connected? What’s going on? Sometimes it completely disconnects at random and you have to factory reset the device to get it to connect back to the phone... also, I had to download this separate to my mi fit app that I use for Xiaomi mi band 4 and amazfit 2. Why is that exactly? Why can’t I use one app for all Xiaomi devices?

Crashes every day and incomplete look and feel

At the very start, impossible to pair with my iPhone. Hours later in a Google search I found a hack. For IOS users is mandatory set location as Italy. Not your or my home country. Ridiculous. Every time I finish my workout this app crash just because it was trying to pair Bluetooth. Was not connect at all!! Do the pairing again and my workout takes 5 min to apear in my history workout list 💦 App seems incomplete for me. Is not possible change you users nickname for instance. You face a number when navigating and this is not comfortable look and feel. About the avatar it look a single choice and not able to edit be happy. Get better and don’t make me change my watch brand.

Worst App Ever

The watch is fine. The app blows. It is constantly making me reset the factory settings on the watch just to connect it to the app! The watch connects to my phone just fine but the app “can’t find it.” The only solution that works is to literally erase all my data and start over each time. It’s a complete waste of time. I’m just using the watch for daily step counts now because I can’t access any of the data due to the crappy app.
