I have a problem with Segway Pass

- Unable to stop the ride/charges.

- Lack of real-time scooter availability information.

- Frequent errors stating that the ride doesn't exist or the vehicle is not charged.

- Scanning feature doesn't work properly.

- Inability to unlock scooters after scanning.

The verification isn't working my friend can't register for the app due to this problem fix the damn app

To resolve Segway Pass network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Segway Pass App
1. On android, goto Settings » Segway Pass » click [Force Stop]

Clear Segway Pass App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Segway Pass » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Segway Pass.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Segway Pass » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Segway Pass » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Segway Pass
