App says down for maintenance and has said that all day.
I can not create the account (it is my first time using SunPass). The Create account in sunpass.com ask for Transponder number and Zip code, it every time returns with the message: "We were unable to verify the data you entered, please try again." NOTE: I can not use the iOS APP because my Apple ID is registered in Brazil, so I can not install your APP.
I cannot log into my sunpass account and after a few tries it blocks my account. I am using an iPhone 13 Pro Max with latest iOS software. Can anyone help me?

on April 14, 2022 I deactivated Sunpass transponder 0404323410102 and it showed I had $18.34 left. I never got that credit back to checking account.
On 3/26 I went through a sun pass booth. I have an active account, but recieved a bill 'for not having a sunpass that day.
