Ikon app on my S22 android not tracking vertical feet. After a day of skiing my app claims I skied 178 vertical, my ski partners ikon app claims we skied over 14k vertical. Can I correct this?

App is still running slowly and loosing data. I had this issue last year. The IKON folks basically told me to get a new phone with the most up to date operating system. I've got a new phone running the latest android 13 and the problem still exists.

Tracking with the Ikon App is a crapshoot at best. I've skied 80+ days this season and the past three weeks the app has been a sometimers event. Typically I've had to attempt to open it at least three times before it will stay open. The "start tracking" button might appear when you approach the resort, but don't start tracking too soon or the tracking feature will freeze and it won't track until you "stop tracking" and restart. Nothing like having to check the app every lift to make sure it's not cratered, especially when the windchill is -30. An additional "feature" is the tracking on my android is far from real time. By the end of 4 hours of skiing, the app will be 90 to 120 minutes behind. You either have to hang around the resort for a couple of hours and wait for the app to catch up, or turn off location services so it doesn't know you've left.

App did not record one of my days 11. Oddly the Mammoth app did both. Now the app just isn’t working.
