- Some airport employees may not be aware of the app or where to go for the Mobile Pass line.

- Representatives directing people into open Custom Lines may send regular passengers into the Mobile Lines, causing confusion and longer wait times.

- The app may not be useful in all situations, such as when it is just as easy to hand over physical passports or when it is unclear if the app can be used to skip certain steps in the customs process.

Created account with passport and driver's license data verified. Got to the airport., selected Airside. No record of me in the app. No login page, no data. Nada. Worthless.

It fails to make the photo match ith my DL and refuses to scan my passport. Not useful at all.
