Ford app keeps crashing whilst I try and load it. I have tried deleting, and restarting phone, then redownloading app, no joy. My iPhone is up to date
My remote lock and unlock isn’t working. Remote start isOk . I’ve tried re installing the Fordpass app but still not working . I’ve tried the fixes listed on the internet but nothing helps. HELP !,!!
Ford Pass sucks never works right from day 1 every cuople weeks l have to call to get it working its ridiculous. piece of junk wish l had stayed with remote start with fobs.
FordPass sticks at ‘marketing preferences’ on iOS and won’t let me save an address on Android. Thinks I’m in North America so won’t let me enter a UK address on android.
The vehicle won’t start by the app and scheduled starts do not always work. Remote start is on and internet it at its fullest strength. Bought the vehicle less than a week ago was able to start with the app maybe twice. And have 2 scheduled starts work.
Ford Pass keeps crashing when I try to run it in either Dex, Microsoft Phone Link or mirroring from my Android Smartphone to my Windows PC. Without the ability to plan trips on a big screen with a full keyboard the app is EXTREMELY tedious. Please either fix the mirroring crash issue or provide a Windows app or a web browser solution.
The app crashes on my Samsung Z Flip 3 when I'm in the Map and I hit Filters. I have the most up to date version of the app, I've cleared the cache, restarted the phone, etc and it still happens.

Every time I type my address info it tells me the ford app is not responding. My app is up to date and so is my phone.

2022 ford bronco base,when FordPass app updates, randomly triggers headlights/parking lights to turn on when vehicle is turned off.
Ford Pass App issues since purchasing my MACH-E AWD EXT in Feb 22. 1) Driving Data> My Journeys > EV Data “You have no previous trips to view” 2) Trip Planner planned trip ‘ sent to uploaded to Vehicle Navigation, 95% of the time never shows up in Sync4 Navigation. 3) App shows time last connected to vehicle, even when charging. Cannot wake up often, and not when remote lock or unlock as stated in app, but sometimes will after remote starting. If not get msg to contact Ford Guide. Thanks a joke in UK, sadly. I have phoned and emailed Ford Guides, MME support, etc, for 3 months, without resolution, just acknowledging waiting for a reply from ‘Technical’ that never happens. Latest reply says try to delete everything, do a Master Reset in car Sync4 and re-assign my iphone app! That also means reactivating my Ford Pass card with slim chance it will change anything. Ford UK is not Ford USA.
Driving data not showing at all so I can not see my journeys
The vehicle tab in the Ford Pass app only shows Status, Features & Settings. Vehicle data is missing, unable to view my journeys unless I drive to a destination and I get a notification a journey was recorded. I can open the notification and it will allow me to view journey recordings in the Ford Pass app but when the app close I’m able to view journeys at any time. All other features seem to work.
My app updated on the 4th of May. Now I can't connect to the dashboard and have to sign into my account everytime I try to use the damn app.
FordPass app does not get the correct availability status for Electrify America charging stations. It always shows 3 of 4 plugs are available at a location in San Diego that I can observe visually. The facility that I am able to see can have no charging vehicles or be totally full — but it’s always 3 of 4 on FordPass. The Electrify America app usually displays the correct availability, but it’s not perfect either. Ford Pass app does not accept my login on an iPhone 12, but the app works on an iPad and login works using a browser. Have deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted the iPhone with no improvement. Started happening about a week ago.
