Can not find the scooters on SegwayPass its self so its kind of hard to find them without walking around

When I tried to stop the ride/ charges it would not allow me too, I tried closing and reopening SegwayPass , I tried deleting and redownloading SegwayPass , and I tried restarting my phone very unhappy.

It would really be nice to actually see locations of the scooters that are available. All we see is a dot, not real location or if it is available for use.

It took 20 minutes just to go through the verification because the stupid App kept saying we had the wrong code when it was right. After that, we scanned 3 scooters and NONE WORKED.

Every time i tried to put in my phone number and get a verification code it would say verification failed and wouldn’t send me a verification code and when i tried to sign in to my segway account it says acount does not exist.
