Hello ,,,for the past 3 months i have been having a problem with watersplash not letting me collect either free darts or free spin as it goes into loading and i have to go out of water splash and restart the frame again ,,,i was always caught up with each level ,,,,, now i am 65 levels back because of this ,,,,, would you please check it and fix this problem .. How to fix Water Splash app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Water Splash app on iPhone
Update Water Splash app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Water Splash iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Water Splash on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Water Splash network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

1. On android, goto Settings » Water Splash » click [Force Stop]

Update Water Splash to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Water Splash App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Water Splash » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Water Splash.

Fix Water Splash unable to contact server/ Water Splash internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Water Splash » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Water Splash » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
