We could not complete the request. Please try again. When adding new payment card. Tries several debit cards. Deleted the app, reinstalled, checked phone software level...shows it is latest. android. Woonerf does same thing.
Hello- I’ve just had yet another payment failure. I’ve had this issue at least 10 times at different areas in Brookline. I’ve entered at least 3 maybe 4 different credit and debit cards - I have no idea what the issue is but it’s extremely frustrating. I’ve deleted and added the app. Turned phone off and on again. All the things I can possibly think of. What is the issue?
12/11- Have tried repeatedly to pay for zone 206 Oak Park, IL overnight parking and get Network error. Try again later. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Shut off phone. Checked notifications. Nothing is working. It is midnight and I've ried all evening but now need to get to sleep, but am concerned I'll get a fine now overnight.
Passport parking app won't open after numerous attempts
Passport Parking does NOT send you a message saying your card was rejected OR that it was accepted. So, if you pay by card, you have NO record of what happened until later. Then, if your card was rejected, as mine was because I'd had to change it due to hacking, you end up with a parking ticket, even though there is no warning from the app that the transaction didn't go through.
Passport parking app was working ok for couple of days and then it stopped working (iphone 12 pro) there is only pulsating app on the screen when I open the app. I reinstalled the app, it became worse- network error message appears on the screen every time when I am trying to register my acct via my phone number or email. Restarting and diwnloading app from iCloud do not help. Extremely annoying ! Please, advise!

When I set up my profile, it won't let me change where I live. It has Canada preset, I live in Appleton, Wisconsin. How can I put in the correct information?
Can enter space and zone but then can’t complete transaction.
iPhone 13, latest iOS. Click new session button and cannot enter a zone. Blank page with in-app keyboard. Typing zone number doesn't display or work. Deleted app and account and set all up again, same results.

App sausage my pin# is no good, won't let me reset it and now won't send verification codes.. BROKEN!
This is the worst app EVER!! A couple times a month I get a network error. For an HOUR!!!! Then I have to reset my password. I KNOW my password. Have to reset any way. Now, the damn thing thinks I’m in Canada. Omg. Fix it!!! It’s been 18 months already!!!!!
