Trying to place order for delivery, get error code P974001 when trying to pay. I have tried several times now. *Current time is 11:30p 6/21/2024
The Wawa requires updating but won’t accept my correct AppleID. I have money on a Wawa card inside the app and can’t get to it. HELP!!!!
So I recently tried to order a Classic Hoagie (which is 1,200 Points) on the Wawa App at 5:05PM EST on 2/21/2024 at a Norristown, PA Wawa location. When I tried to make the 1,200 Point Order on the Wawa App, not only did I get an error message, but then it deleted my 1,200 points because I tried to start the order for the Classic Hoagie. So unfortunately I can't get the 1,200 reward points back. But how do I order food with the Wawa Rewards app?
I have a lot of reward points on wawa app! Now the app won't open anymore It was working now it has stopped What should I do? Please help!

I cant use the app to get gas. It says that theres something wrong with my payment. I even added another card and it still said payment error. How are we supposed to get the 15 cents off a gallon if it doesn't work?

For several days now when I open the app it makes me select a store right away. When I select my store it goes to a page that shoes gas prices but it won't let me do anything else from there. I have tried shutting down my phone but that didn't help.
Will not accept credit cards for payment. I have been using successfully for years, suddenly it will not accept payment with credit cards. Cannot add a new card. Errors: incorrect cc number, incorrect expiration month, incorrect expiration year. The most observed error message is "Something went wrong" is like the Microsoft error "Unknown Error" has occurred both completely useless messages. Wawa really needs to hire programmers who have clue what they are doing.
Have not been able to use application sincJuly4,2022.This is not cool not getting rewards Pam agravated.Should have been getting then and have it operating.My BOA card has been getting used.No credit card usage with my card.I expect compensation
The wawa app has the most issues out of all the apps i have ever used. Half the time it don't work, half the time it is working the gas prepay is not working, and the other 1/3 of the time when working it will not refresh the order and gets stuck and wants to kick you out. Can someone please help WAWA out and make a new app that works full time for us wawa lovers?

On Sunday and again yesterday I tried to fill up my gas using the WAWA app so I could get the 15cents off a gallon. Each day was also at a different station thinking that perhaps it was an issue with the phone service, however both are locations I have filled up before. I not only received an error message each time saying my card had the wrong address and it would not let me edit anything to see what was wrong, but when i tried to add a different credit card it said that there was an application error and try again. Each day I tried numerous times at the pump, closed and opened the app and reinstalled it. NOTHING worked either day and both were a completel waste of time I googled to see if there were app issues- found nothing. Visits were to the Robbinsville NJ gas location on route 130 in NJ, and Hamilton NJ wawa as well. I have used it before, I go to Wawa every day and now this is ridiculous that I was not able to leverage your deal as your app would not work! What do I do now and how does wawa make good on having a deal for gas when the app wont even work.
Mobile web appSUCKS big time. Have spent at least 2 hrs trying to add cc to use at pump. Every time it put in NJ as state, Nothing happens. Worst app ever. Almost as bad as your food.
Can never use the fuel function. Get messages saying “looks like you are offline” yet my other apps work fine. I think people are blocked intentionally so they don’t save the 15 cents a gallon.

Continue to get Error 15 app not allowing me to login. Opperating under Android OS Version 12 with Security update Octobe 1, 2022. Hardware is a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 512 Gb memory.

Wawa app won’t open at pump or anywhere in Wawa parking lot. Says There is no connection because Safari is not connected to the Internet. The app connects everywhere else wirelessly.
After I submit an order for curbside, it is almost impossible to get to the screen where I enter parking space. I usually have to call the store. CSR said she hadn’t a clue as to why. Thanks

Unable to use app for gas, I can find location , select pump … but when I try to activate pump NOTHING HAPPENS.
I haven't been able to use my WaWa app for gas. It allows me to type in the pump number but gives me an error message after I choose my payment method. (I use the app inside the store and pay and have no problems.)
Wawa app not working, at login i enter my data and it just resets the page to sign in page again.
Tried to log on. Didn’t work for many tries. Reset password. Now says I can’t log on due to too many sign on requests. I had a reward that expires today and sadly cannot access it.
