- Folders are small and all on one line

- No longer looks like a calculator

- Unable to revive old photos

- Dumped some important live pix

- Will not open some thumbnails

How to fix InCalc app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the InCalc app on iPhone
Update InCalc app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InCalc iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix InCalc on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve InCalc network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

InCalc Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix InCalc not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the InCalc App
1. On android, goto Settings » InCalc » click [Force Stop]

Update InCalc to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InCalc App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » InCalc » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart InCalc.

Fix InCalc unable to contact server/ InCalc internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click InCalc » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto InCalc » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch InCalc
