I downloaded the SMA Energy app for iphone in early September 2022. Our account is showing our names but we are not getting any current data. Today is Oct. 2, 2022 and there have been no data transmitted to the app since September 7, 2022. Thank you for your assistance.

My SMA Energy app is not reporting my energy generation information. It acknowledges my name, location, password and installation date, but that is it.
Since 12 August 2022 no more registration of the power generation. Tried to reconfigure with the 2D barcode on the SMA - not working. History seems to be kept on old SMA APP.... What should I do ?
App will not let me connect it says My system is not registered but has been registered for a couple of years now
App has been working on and off the last couple weeks. Won't load anything
SMA Energy works insofar as monitoring what electricity I am using/ importing/ generating but the E-Mobility page will not load any details, i.e. charging status, status or charging power. Has worked fine up until now. I have deleted and re-installed the app, and I have re-booted my phone but nothing makes a difference.
App has been working correctly for the past few days, then suddenly won't update the information, struggles to load but doesn't show all the information and now has completely stopped work and won't load.
The app stopped working yesterday. Solar panels appear to be working but the app isn't recording the data. What should I do?
The app does not show any production since the 27 july. Troubleshooted according to instructions on this site but no success… What to do?
My SMA energy ap shows the "Current generation," but has not shown "Today's generation" or Historical data for several days. The app version is 1.15.201.R. I've tried logging out and logging back in but that hasn't helped. I'd be grateful for any troubleshooting assistance.

App does not shows any data as current generation or any generation even after reconnection & reinstalling app few times now
Adroid phone: SMA Energy - continues to say "No internet connection" but other apps do have internet connection. Login to the Sunny portal also shows the inverter works. Also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app - do not help. Best regards Mette
Since midday, the dashboard does not show any data. Same happens frequently. This is very frustrating since we would like to manage the energy consumption in our house ...
SMA Energy IOS app live tracking doesn't show SMA tripower or SMA sunny home manager 2.0 live data. History data is updated correctly. There is same problem in sunnyportal website: history data is updated but live data show nothing.
My SMA Energy App has not collected historic data for the last month. Daily Info shows current power generation only. Do you have a fix?
