I’ve continued to use the Oviva app but have experienced logging problems recently which have increased over several weeks and now appears to have crashed completely. An error message stating there was an error logging in data - try again but this message is continuous. Please can you help? Kind regards .. Kim Short

My Oviva app has stopped recording my activity and with Google Fit blocking access on my Samsung A13 phone. I have stopped, uninstalled both Google Fit and Oviva, and then reinstalled both of them. I still get the default message that this app is blocked. From research it appears that this is due to the way Oviva accesses Google Fit and that you do not now meet their security standards. If you have any ideas I would be grateful.
