On April 22, 2023 I received a text saying my BBP needs adjustment effective immediately from $283.00 per month to $184.00 per month. Called automated line and amount is $283.00. This is just the most recent of issues with billing.
Why will the Duke Energy web site not open to pay my Bill? Every other web sites work for other companies. It is not my Browser or Apple Computer that I have used before to pay the payment.
I can't even find the app in the app store (google). I went to the Duke Energy website to try to download it from there, and when I click the link, nothing happens.
Browser and app both have issues. Really upset about app as I like to do everything from smart phone. It never loads. The Duke branding symbol just spins
The app constantly will not connect. Times out
