YOUR ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED DUE TO PAYMENTUS DOMINION I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THIS 3X AND I CALLED BACK DURING THE SUMMER FINALLY I WAS ABLE TO PAY MY BILL ON MY TABLET BUT IT DOES GET ANNOYING BECAUSE WHEN I GET READY TO PAY MY BILL I NEED FOR ALL CONVIENCE TO BE AVAILABLE TO CORRESPONDE AND WORK THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

How to fix VA/NC app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VA/NC app on iPhone
Update VA/NC app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VA/NC iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VA/NC on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VA/NC network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VA/NC Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VA/NC not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VA/NC App
1. On android, goto Settings » VA/NC » click [Force Stop]

Update VA/NC to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VA/NC App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VA/NC » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VA/NC.

Fix VA/NC unable to contact server/ VA/NC internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VA/NC » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VA/NC » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VA/NC
