Close and restart the VA/NC app on iPhone
Update VA/NC app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VA/NC iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve VA/NC network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Fix VA/NC not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VA/NC app issues:

Force Stop the VA/NC App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VA/NC app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VA/NC to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VA/NC App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VA/NC app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VA/NC.

Fix VA/NC unable to contact server/ VA/NC internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VA/NC » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VA/NC » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VA/NC on android.
