Auto assist level based on heart rate stopped working.
App stops at some point in my ride. All ride data is lost for the session. Seems like the app is losing connection with the bike.

What happened to 3,2,1,GO. There are colours on the side of the screen ( red, yellow) and the Stop has changed. Is this an upgrade/update? Where is there information on "What's new" if this is an upgrade?

Won't connect to rocky mountain instinct
The app wont connect via bluetooth
App was working fine even when switched to New mahle app, but now it won't connect to my rocky instinct or my wifes growler . Very frustrating, Please help
Just got new bike (orbea vibe) and downloaded mahle smart bike app. After first journey, tab with cycle stats was shown ie discharge rate, % assist levels, and main map also showed assist levels. Subsequent journeys, this tab not shown so associated info unavailable. I have tried both iPhone and web-based apps. Also have tried disconnecting and reconnecting to Bluetooth, but made no difference. Please advise
Once logged in and synched bike the.app won't let me exit, or logout it appears frozen even after an uninstall the reinstall
Unable to login as screen where you enter email is unresponsive. Have rebooted phone and deleted/reloaded app twice in the last few days. Problem unresolved. Using iPhone 7 running 15.3.1. This app previously was working fine? Please help.
