Good morning. Whilst I am able to see my latest statement balance, as soon as I click on it to view it, the app closes. This has been happening for a while now. I can look at my statement on my laptop, but not through my Android app.
When I try to go to payment, the system auto-inputs my account details and password, but when I attempt to go on to complete payment the screen goes blank and then goes back to the account details. In my confusion I have tried 'forgotten password' as a route to completing a purchase, on the grounds that I may inadvertently have changed it, but the screen simply takes me back to the sign-in page. I have also tried setting up a new customer account; with the same result. I am totally frustrated, especially as previous attempts to address this issue with your on-line support facility have elicited no response.
App works on iPhone and used to work on iPad but now saying ‘it looks like you’re offline’ and says to connect to Wi-Fi in store. It then says to open settings but is totally unresponsive.
The app will not let me access the 12 days ChRistmas offers. When I press the link it just goes to my sparks card barcode.
On iPad am unable to complete the purchase - won’t go into checkout payment page.
I have tried many times to get into M& S app to keep track of my credit card spending. I have never succeeded ! Thinking of giving up my card as it’s all too difficult at 82 years of age !!
Every time I open the app it thinks I’m in a store and I need to connect to the store wifi. I’ve tried to delete the app but can’t do that either.

My Sparks app won't work
Can't get app to work, so I was unable to use my Sparks offers on my phone. Did use my card but offers are not on there

When trying to make a payment it is not working.
I live in East Yorkshire. I visit the M & S site and then I change the flag from Irish to English and enter the English site. The PC remembers my log in details and accept them. The site still shows the English flag. I select "Sparks" from the drop-down menu and the site still shows the English flag, When I select any icon / link to anything in the page that opens the flag changes from English to Irish. This happens all the times I try to access the correct web page, UK (Union Flag - English)
I can't retain a connection with the M&S web site long enough to place an order. I've tried different times of day but it's the same. It keeps asking me to "Wait". If I "Refresh" it still doesn't respond. It's very annoying!!
I have tried to change my password for over a week as my sparks app on my phone stopped working. It does not work on either my android phone or on my computer, I cannot order anything online now either as I have to log in to my account, there is no option to order as a guest either
Trying to order Czech Lager 0.5% on your app. In the food section I tap Beer and Cider and 272 types of wine appear - but no lager. If I type in Czech Lager 0.5% in Search only 3 full alcohol options appear - I want your low alcohol brand. If I search Beer, then once again, your wine selection appears. I’m trying to avoid driving to my local M&S (16 miles return) only to find you are out of stock, but your Click and Collect means I can neither click nor collect. I use the app on both an Android and Apple device. Can you help please?
M&S app simply states service unavailable - can’t log into pc banking as need a security code from app!!!
I keep having to sign into my account because the app On my phone has stopped appearing when I try to use it (In the food Dept) I forgot my password and have recently changed it It said updated and the digital card was there for a few minutes and has gone again. Now I have tried to log in again (this is probably the 5th time I have changed my password) and still saying do not recognise Pass word
