How to fix Cosmos app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cosmos app on iPhone
Update Cosmos app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cosmos iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cosmos on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cosmos network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Cosmos app issues:

Force Stop the Cosmos App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Cosmos app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Cosmos to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cosmos App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Cosmos app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Cosmos.

Fix Cosmos unable to contact server/ Cosmos internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Cosmos » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Cosmos » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cosmos on android.
