Opening the app is just a full blue screen with "payment" at the top
can not get login page

I haven't got a bill in a few months, it's stuck on my last payment and keeps billing me for 2 months, I have called many times and yet got no answer to the problem, they just kind of make up excuses like, there's a glitch in the system.
I keep getting a message that says "you are about to pay a significantly higher amount than your bill. Cancel or continue"
