For the past year, every time I go in to click yes on my transaction alerts, I get a triangle that refers to another page, where the transaction is listed, I click yes , and it says disposition error, try again. This has happened every time I go the alert section and the transactions cannot be removed from the list when I answer yes. Issue has been occurring at least 4 times in the last year. Why do I need to do business with your firm if you cannot handle these issues?

The life lock on one of my children has frozen and shows him in the same location since July 14. And he has been very active but it’s showing him home since that date which is not accurate.
