I ordered my daughter's baptism dress January 6th. On January 9th it was shipped out. I paid an extra 34 dollars for 3-12 business day shipping. It is now February 3rd I'm 9 days away from baptism date & each time I have checked on my order most hits in Chinese I have to get it translated even one translate it gives me no help on January 25 it said in chinese United states the sender has created a label but UPS has not received it yet. Then the 26th it says china mainland received into ups possession. So tell me why I still cant track it. Oh but when I try to track it thru UPS it says my package was delivered July 9th 2021! I can't get anybody on the phone I can't get anybody through email I paid $138 total. I'm beyond anxiety filled thinking I am now going to be rushing around the last minute trying to find a dress I like for her. I read all the fine print before I ordered this is why I paid the extra money for the 3 to 12 business days one holiday was in there. The only bad weather we recently had was this past Saturday and even so it should be updated each time there's a delay I also should get my shipping money back. I will never order from this site again.

Finally, I received bridesmaid dress I needed. Fabric are very good. The dress is cheap and beautiful. To tell the truth, this is the most satisfying shopping I have ever done by website. I am very satisfied with the attitude of customer service and efficiency. The attitude of customer service staffs are very professional and enthusiastic, ask answers, reply very quickly, I ask a lot of questions, she does not feel annoyed, all will answer me seriously, I express my sincere respect to the customer service staff, such a good shopping app should be much accounted of. And bridesmaid dress, it's exactly what I need. When I get it, it's completely packaged. And when I open it, to my surprise, it's better than I expected! You have to get a thumbs up. I will come again when I need it next time. I hope do a discount for my purchase.

TbdressShopFashionTrends is absolutely horrible, I ordered a few items off of here and it said 2 of the 3 items were being “prepared” I requested a refund on one of the 3 items on December 10th and it still hasn’t gone through saying “refund application pending. Sorry I didn’t realize buying Chinese knock offs would be this frustrating. Its now December 22nd and you people have yet to deliver the only item you shipped out. The tracking number you gave me ended in shanghai on the 13th and that was the last time it was ever seen. All I’m saying is I’m really getting to a point in hiring a lawyer and suing your company for stealing people’s cash and selling items that are identical to mainstream clothing such as the knock off human race NMD’s and your poorly replicated air jordan 1’s. TbdressShopFashionTrends is a huge scam and their “customer service” pretends to help you, but in reality they either A.) don’t respond or B.) take so long to ship out your items that they hope you forget you ever even ordered them.

I had placed a first time order for my wedding dress two years ago and it was awesome in quality, design, and fit. Since them I have ordered five dresses because of my height I have had extensions added to the dresses. But because of the foundation dress it just made it couture one of a kind and had multiple compliments. I did order one size up from the chart and the fit was perfect. The styling and pricing was unbeatable as a matter of fact you can find the same styles at various boutiques with a much different price tag. As far as shipping is concerned just order early. You know the distance out of the country that the item is traveling from and I always received free shipping. So to me it is a win win transaction.

I am so happy with my purchase! The dress is just like the picture. I was extremely nervous to buy a dress online, and to be honest, I saw a few negative reviews that made me even more hesitant to purchase my wedding dress through this site. But I am so glad that I did. I saved so much money by ordering it here and got exactly what I wanted. The quality and appliques detail is beautiful. I will have to get a few alterations because I did not want to order the dress custom made in case I did not like it & could not return it. So I got one closest to my measurements. But If you love it very much, you'd better choose custom size. Again, I am very satisfied with my inexpensive wedding dress!!!

Customer service is awful they do not respond. I ordered something and on the site it says if you cancel within 24 hours you get a full refund. I emailed and didn’t receive an answer until 2 days later saying I would have to pay for fabric at least as it was already in production. I never received a confirmation email or anything yet my card was charged. When looking at the order it just says preparing. They are a European company and apparently run on their own time. The is no 800 number to call either and I wasn’t paying for a call to Europe to cancel. Do to their negligence I am supposed to shell out money when their site says you have 24 hours to cancel . My email clearly stated I needed to know the arrival time as I would cancel if it wasn’t going to be here when I actually needed it. I will fall victim to this criminal act.

I ordered a wedding dress from them (nothing special just a standard size). Within that day of ordering The plans for the wedding location changed so I had been trying to return/cancel the order. It took me a full week of constant calling and emailing to actually reach someone. When I finally did reach them they told me they could only give me a 40% refund because they “are just the makers for the dress not the resellers” and both the labor and material cost would be a big lose for them. The return policy says you have 24 hours within ordering to cancel and get a full refund (which I had spent hours trying to do) or within 15 days of receiving the dress to return it with a full refund. I still haven’t received the dress and I’m already being told that I won’t get my money back.

I ordered three dresses for very special occasions I have for November 14,15,16th. I payed for expedited shipping which was $27 because it stated it’ll arrive within 5-6 business days. I messaged customer service and they said that my order won’t arrive by then. Which means I payed that much for nothing and the delivery time will exceed the number of days promised. Needless to say this will be the first and final order I make with this company. I suggest whoever wants to place an order with them for a special occasion does it well over a month prior and don’t waste your money on expedited shipping because it won’t arrive within the days it guarantees. I want a refund on my expedited shipping cost but when I asked customer service for it they didn’t even have the decency to respond. Upset is an understatement.

After seeing a very beautiful dress on the TBdress website, I hurriedly bought it and was eager to receive it and put it on. Before buying the dress, I read their return policy which said you had up to 15 days to return the item if it was not ok and have your full refund, but you had to contact their customer service first so they give you the go-ahead and the right address where to ship it.

First I paid custom fee, which i had not been informed of before,..

I received the dress, and oh, it just didn’t fit. I contacted their customer service to return the dress and they were unbelievable rude. A guy, Ryan, told me they won’t refund, that it is my fault the dress doesn’t fit, that if I return the dress it would just be a second hand dress for them, so they can’t refund ( Mind you the dress is new, I just tried it on)
After several mails, they told me they would offer me $50 dollars as a little gift since the dress doesn’t fit. 😳😳😳, can you imagine??! I bought that dress for €216 and paid $45 dollars of custom fee.

These people are thieves and should not be allowed to continue extorting money from people.

It will be my mother's birthday in a few days. I have thought for a long time
and I don't know what gift to buy for her. Later, I randomly searched TbdressShopFashionTrends I downloaded before, and found the answer. I saw a pair of shoes on TbdressShopFashionTrends that had a discount. I thought about it. My mother had always wanted to buy the shoes, but she didn't want to buy them because they were too expensive. I secretly bought her a birthday present. Give it to her on her birthday, she is very happy. I really appreciate TbdressShopFashionTrends for giving me the chance to buy my mom's favorite birthday gift.

I'm 5'5" and weigh 160 lbs. My bra size is 34D. I usually wear a large in tops/size 10. I ordered a medium and it fit perfectly. It is not long enough for me to wear as a dress, but probably would be if I ordered a large or extra large. The quality of the shirt is what I expected for the price. The fabric is thin, but doesn't feel too cheap and isn't see-through. There were no loose threads. The colors were very vibrant. I haven't washed it yet, so I can't speak to whether or not it holds up after going through the wash.

Placed only one order so far and I can say only good things about them. Items were even better than expected - 2 maxi dresses, decent fabric, great cut and size and 1 high waist shorts that fit me just perfectly. Not small not big, just as it would be if bought in store. Order came in 4 days if my memory serves me well (I live Hungary), so that was a huge plus and a pleasent surprise for sure. I hope it stays like this as I will order more for sure. Hope this was helpful for some of you who plan to shop online.

I had to delete TbdressShopFashionTrends and reinstall it then create a new account bc my email changed. Since I have done all of this, the check in doesn’t work and I can’t get anyone to respond to my messages about my order. I have ordered many things from them and usually receive within a week, now it’s been 2 weeks and still nothing. The quality is above and beyond the price and I would like to continue to use them, but if something has changed and I can’t get my points nor anyone to answer me, I will have to find someone else to order from.

All across the internet this place has 4 and 5 reviews but if you look long enough you will find they’re fake. That said, I just got my order and this place sells knock-offs out of China. My coat said woolen blend but this is clearly felt and so it looks more like a cheap costume than a coat. Nothing like what was pictured in TbdressShopFashionTrends . The buttons are not sewn in snugly and already look like they’re going to come off. I will need to take it to a seamstress to have the buttons put on properly. Albeit it still looks nice, so I’m not entirely disappointed with my purchase, but clearly this company is misrepresenting the products and they’re no where near professionally made nor quality.

I really like to visit fast fashion APP because their style is the type I like. I have been shopping in tbdress for almost three years. I bought some clothes for the season at the beginning. Now my clothes and shoes for the whole family will be bought here, because buying in a local physical store is too expensive, and the quality is average. In comparison, the things bought here are both good-looking and cheap, I think I will continue to use them, unless TbdressShopFashionTrends is gone!!!!

They are so comfortable and charming I bought homecoming dresses that they are so charming and too self-conscious. I will wear they go back to school. Haa Haa! At first I thought that the quality of homecoming dress was general. I didn't think it was the same feeling after I got my hand. It fell down and was a little heavy. It was so happy. It's a kind of enjoyment in this shop. It's worth buying... Haha! Once again, I found a good thing praise, absolute praise! Next time, I'll introduce my loving colleagues and friends to buy. Can you believe it? I bought a dress for $1.99, and the quality is better than what I got for $40! You may think I'm joking, but it's true. One day when I was shopping at a wig station, I was prompted by an advertisement to buy a dress for $1.99. I wanted to go in and see how they were cheating, but then I realized it was Tbdress doing something on TbdressShopFashionTrends . Then I downloaded it curiously. Now I have put on my dress. I am very happy and share the good dress shopping news with my classmates.

In this 21st century, shopping with a mobile phone is much more convenient than using a computer. When you lie in bed and suddenly want to buy a piece of clothing or pants you want, you don't need to get up to open the computer, just open your phone, click into TbdressShopFashionTrends , add to the shopping cart and settle, and you're done once. Super convenient shopping! I think the tb app is really convenient and the shopping experience is very smooth. I like it very much~

The prices are decent for the quality you receive. The fabric is actually not as cheap as you’d think, and they have a ton of applicable coupons to lower the price. I am VERY pleased with the shipping and processing time. They must have improved significantly seeing the review from 2018! I live in Ohio and the processing time took about a month and the shipping took about 2 weeks. I’m very impressed and will order again soon!

they only want to return me 50 dollars after i paid for this dress for $150! THE DRESS WAS RECEIVED RIPPED, it was not completely sewed, they say it has “flaws” but that is not my problem not only does it have tears in the front but it also has a big tear in the back i recently noticed !! and they’re application says i will get my full refund if returned between 7 days if its a dress and if the damage is caused by THEIR COMPANY but they still don’t want to give me my money back AND they're customer service IS TAKING FOREVER and not responding when they are giving me 7 days ??? nor wanting to return me my full money. THEY ARE LIARS !! if i could give them 0 stars i would. I WANT MY FULL REFUND.
