Customer Service is Horrific

I’ll start this by saying the merchandise offered is great and I’m glad there’s an app for it. However, my customer service experiences have made me seriously pull back on what I buy in case there’s an issue. If you get the merchandise without it being damaged, great! If it’s damaged though? Be ready to get frustrated. The customer service team seems more like artificial intelligence rather than an actual human being responding to you, that or they’re stuck with a script they can’t alter. Half the time your question isn’t fully answered or they tell you you’ve put in the wrong type of request (apparently you should open a return request when you want to replace a damaged item instead of an exchange request….🤨). Overall, it’s gotten to the point that when I get something delivered I hope it’s not damaged because then I’ll have to deal with their support team instead of being happy my merchandise is here. Not the type of reputation you want to have as a brand.

Also, if you live in the US be prepared to wait forever for the merchandise to ship. For some reason they can’t use statistics and data to make a reasonable estimate on how much product they’re going to have to ship stateside. You’ll see fans in other countries get their items several weeks before you do despite them having a distribution center here.

Long story short-love the merch but Weverse shop…..get it together would you?

so frustrating

Obviously i’m glad that there’s is an app i can go to where i know i’ll definitely be getting official kpop albums/merch. However, with that being said, the customer service and the process of actually getting the item to you after purchasing is absolutely horrible. the customer service (at least for the usa shop) is a nightmare. the responses you get after sending in an inquiry are very automated and unhelpful which makes it feel like there’s no point in asking questions at all because they will almost never get answered correctly, and occasionally they don’t get answered at all due to there being no response from the weverse team. My current situation im in is what compelled me to come onto WeverseShop store and write this review in the first place. I preordered bts’s 2022 season’s greetings from the usa shop on weverse almost three months ago. it said that orders would begin shipping a little over a month after i purchased for preorder which i was willing to wait because it made sense. However, after messaging customer service three times, i still have no current information about my order/package. It’s been almost a week since the latest date for orders to be shipped out and i still haven’t even gotten a confirmation email about my order. Overall, it’s a nightmare purchasing items from this place and i overall don’t recommend it unless you have to, especially on preorder.

Customer Service is Awful

WeverseShop has to have one of the worse customer services. I had sent an inquiry about an order on January 28th, was given an automatic response and haven’t heard back since. I’ve since tried to make another inquiry but the bot customer service will not allow me to. An item I preorder has not shipped yet the same item I ordered months later ships AND delivers? Something doesn’t add up there and they won’t give me any answer.

Another issue I have is I had ordered TXT albums specifically for the photocard benefits. I ordered 5 albums in hopes I’d get one photocard of each member. They gave me 5 photocards of the same member. Really Weverse? Does that make sense to you? Why wouldn’t you at least mix up the selection even a little?

Weverse, you were fine in the beginning but as time goes on, it’s like you guys don’t care about your customers anymore.

Stock update

With the speed at which many products sell out, it would be extremely helpful if weverse shop added a “notify me” feature to receive an email or notification when a specific product comes back in stock! Especially when there’s a very popular item that gets sold out, it would be really nice to have such a feature to let those interested know when it comes back to the shop.

Worst online shop ever

I am an ARMY and as much as love buying merch of my fav group ever , I rather never do it on this shop. Literally the worst ever experience with an online store. Bought the ARMY membership with kit over an year ago, and it cost around $75 and did not receive the kit yet. It has been more than 1 year and contacted the customer care 15 times in one year and still get excuses and automated replies. Literally the worst shop ever that I have encountered. Not going to renew the membership or buy any more merch from weverse. Had thought that since it is owned by BH, the service would be better and we wouldn’t need to give our money to 3rd party sellers to procure merch but this is the worst online shopping experience ever especially as an I-ARMY! Ridiculous shipping fees and they never deliver products! Lost my money and don’t know whom to complain to!

Iffy to navigate

I can only speak for BTS shop. I want to be able to search using keywords, like “hoodies”, “in the soop” and WeverseShop doesn’t have much function. It’s so annoying to scroll and browse through so many different categories of merch to find what I need. The merch aren’t very well organized either. For bts US shop, I don’t get why some tours or online concerts have merch is in the ‘merch’ section while others are in the “tour merch” section. Serious just make a desktop version please. Hybe laid out tons of ambitions to grab money in every corporate meeting, but years after launching their shopping app their fans (aka me) still struggle to find a single tshirt. 🤷🏻‍♀️

notifications

I think WeverseShop is good for buying merch but you guys need to do something better about notifying us. I get you make announcements about preorder items but there are multiple times where you restock an item and you didn’t make an announcement on whatsoever. This is very frustrating because they get sold out very very fast which makes it difficult for me to get the items I want. Like I’m more than happy to give you guys my money just give me a chance 😃 I have my notifications on but I rarely get notified about anything 🤨

p.s. please restock on the muster dvds i missed it on it both times 🥲 pls just take my money.

BTS Artist Launch

This is seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had with anything merchandise related. WeverseShop is so slow and won’t load properly even though Hybe is fully aware of how many BTS fans are waiting to to get the boys merchandise. It is infuriating as a paid member that we are not given priority in these launches. It’s is beyond sickening because you can be on WeverseShop and right when it hits 11 kst everything is sold out. How does that happen? I was infuriated today when I was paying for my stuff to all of a sudden be bumped off and told with a message that my items where out of stock. I am fuming and I hate Weverse and I seriously hate Hybe. The way the treat army is unacceptable and it gross. This has been the worst experience ever.

Absolute Terrible- Zero Stars !

I have had so many issues with shipping and customer service, each order I’ve placed has been a hassle and a problem. I preordered my BE album early and it took forever to ship out. It came damaged and customer service never got back to me about resolving the issue. I preordered the most recent seasons greetings package on November 11th, 2020. My order still never shipped, meanwhile all of my friends from different places in USA all received theirs in the first week of January. I contacted customer service and they immediately closed my case and told me to allow for delays. This is honestly ridiculous. This is the worst online shop in the entire world. I wish I could give zero stars!

Needs to Add Bot Verification Test

I’ve been trying to get the exclusive Artist-made merch and have not been even close with each drop. Weverse Shop needs to implement a bot verification test with each transaction because it cannot be humanly possible to check out within 15 seconds. Secondly, within minutes of the merch selling out, there are multiples of that same item selling on eBay. I’m sure BTS would be upset knowing that their merch is consistently sold to scalpers and their true fans are unable to purchase. This is such a simple implementation measure and I hope Hybe does so sooner rather than later. All of these let-downs are heartbreaking when we truly love and want to support our boys.

Need to address bots

Bots have clearly become a major problem as every BTS merch release now seems to end within minutes as products are snapped up while fans have them in their shopping carts, only to reappear at inflated prices on eBay and other resale sites. Implementing basic anti-bot tech like captchas or even just protecting items in folks shopping carts so they don’t disappear mid-checkout would be a huge improvement. Currently there’s just no point to downloading WeverseShop as you can rarely ever buy anything off of it, you have to go through resale sites.

Would also love it if America stopped getting stock 2 months after everyone else.

horrible customer service and pricing

their customer service can take weeks to respond to simple questions, there is absolutely no consistency to when you will receive your package even though they give you an exact date. there’s a major problem with obvious scalpers where they will sell out in a minute then resell within minutes for 400% of what it originally was and the shop is doing absolutely nothing about it as long as they sell out. their prices are already absolutely ridiculous and even BTS were upset and surprised with how expensive their products were. these are issues they NEED to fix

Very Slow, Glitchy, they will NEVER ship your items

WeverseShop is just annoying to use. Glitches everywhere, super slow, hard to navigate. Additionally, despite all the money they have, they’ve done literally nothing to improve their shipping issues. I know myself and several other individuals who have placed orders that didn’t ship for NINE MONTHS TO A YEAR…. Just for it to START SHIPPING. Not even including the time to ship to my house. They refuse to answer emails as well. I sincerely hope they fix this because I am not longer buying merch going forward since they are holding my money and STILL haven’t shipped items of mine from 4-5 months ago.

Great!

While WeverseShop is great for all shopping needs (whether BTS, Seventeen, TXT, Enhypen, etc.); it would be even greater/better if all pre-orders relating to the same bands could be put together rather than separate. That way it’s one shipping fee rather than paying multiple shipping fees. It’s from the same pre-order so I do not understand why they’re not put together.

Please add Louisiana to the Place where it says Country

Hello I love to shop at WEVERSE shop but there’s one thing that’s stoping me when I went on add shipping address it said select country or region but I live in Louisiana now and I got a new phone so for the phone number the beginning starts with 985 and I scrolled down the list but I could not find Louisiana or 985 ( I am Filipino but I don’t have my old phone that was registered in the Philippines)

Customer Service is awful

Honestly, if you ever have a problem with a shipment or item don’t waste your time contacting them. I got the same response 3 times with no results. I would give their customer service 0 stars if I could. I think they shouldn’t market as a global shop if they are this unequipped to deal with global fans and issues. This lack of caring about global fans has made me want to stop shopping there many times. I’m seriously very close to taking my business elsewhere where it’s wanted and valued and where the customer service didn’t just give you a generic answer all of the time.

Only spend money you can afford to lose

Shipping takes months from the time you order, and customer service is downright unhelpful. It takes six months or more to get your BTS Membership Kit, while they have your money. The last straw was ordering the BTS Festa calendar, which was supposed to ship May 30th, and did not actually ship until today (June 3rd). By the time it arrives, Festa will be 2/3 over. What is the point? You know what date Festa is already every year. Ordering from Weverse is a leap of faith that you’ll actually get what you ordered, and in good condition.

Customer service is a mess

When it works, WeverseShop works well. When it doesn’t work, oh lord. If Weverse sends you the wrong item or defected items, be prepared to fight them for MONTHS before them possibly offering you a refund since an exchange is impossible if you live overseas. Even then, they don’t refund you shipping, just the product prices. It’s such a mess.

They also make you jump through 10 hoops to prove your order was incorrect. Like they’re determined to make you give up and just take the loss. I love their artists but this is insane for a shopping app to not have proper customer service.

Reviews and Restocks

I love how easy WeverseShop makes to get BTS merch, but I’d like to read and write reviews on the items. Especially with the more expensive items, I’d like to see people’s thoughts on them before I make a purchase.

I’d also like to see restocks on older items. Some items sell out very fast after launch, and I’d like to have the opportunity to get them later. I would also love to purchase older concert DVDs!

Again, WeverseShop is good, but I feel like with these changes, it could be great!

Never updates

I’ve been using this ever since it came out. But suddenly i now can’t open the customer support page at all and none of my orders are updating to indicate they are either on their or preparing to be on its way. I have an order that’s been marked as “in transit” for two weeks but it got delivered so it’s just not updating at all. I’ve tried resetting my phone and logging in and out of WeverseShop . I’ve tried accessing with and without wifi. But nope. Nothing. I’m tired of it. Before all of this? Barely any issues.

Absolutely love this app!!

I discovered WeverseShop when I went on to the Bighit shop and saw that everything I wanted was sold out so I decided to download WeverseShop in the hope that it would still have some of things I wanted. Signing up is easy if you already have a Bighit shop account and your points will also be on WeverseShop . I was able to order 3 BTS albums, the 4th Munster and one TXT album for the the lovely price of $92 plus the $34 shipping, with a grand total of $125 for my order!! I received my merchandise within 10 days of placing my order. Everything is official and it came in good condition!! WeverseShop is constantly adding more merchandise so don’t fret if you don’t see something you want. As an international fan, WeverseShop is the best thing that could ever happen to me because I’m able to but official merchandise directly from Bighit!! I love supporting BTS and Bighit! Hwaiting💜💜

Love it but notifications don’t work!

WeverseShop is very easy to use and the shipping price is so much better than before! WeverseShop makes it so much easier for international fans to get oficial merchandise that other wise we tend to get it via other methods and end up paying more than triple the original price if we are lucky. I really like WeverseShop. BUT! I don’t get any notifications! They don’t work! I’m 200% sure to have notifications ON inside WeverseShop as well as on my phone settings (iPhone) I even deleted WeverseShop and downloaded it again but still nothing! Please fix it! I miss every time you restock an item or any new announcements. I end up learning about these things because people talk about it on Twitter and social media. -_- PLEASE FIX IT!!!

Love it!

On the BigHit website, when I tried to log in, it would ask for my password after I had put it in. The QR codes wouldn’t work and I couldn’t buy The Notes because it wouldn’t let me put in my address. WeverseShop is so easy to use! The QR codes work and I am satisfied with what I get. Can’t wait to scan my qr’s finally. Wish that there was an option for Merchandise, like for the Army bombs, shirts, accessories, etc. but other than that, I love it!

A whole mess

I was super excited, at first, that I could order BTS items from a quick app but then things completely changed on me. My first order was wonderful. With all consideration that I would be seen as an International fan because I am in the US, I made an order, paid a wonderfully reasonable fee for shipping and received it in a week. Then, a couple weeks past and i wanted to make another order. Now, Apparently, i could ONLY use a Korean Credit Card to order specific items and the International fee has tripled. It is ridiculous and sadly, outrageous. The original website and the original format to WeverseShop with the original fees made me feel like I can purchase more items more frequently. However, Now, it will be a miracle trying to get one order in even if I wanted to.

Bring Back the Big Hit Online Shop

Very dissatisfied. Tried purchasing merchandise & I could only pay through PayPal. It had me log into PayPal multiple times to complete my order but it would keep saying try again. Finally I gave up but after a couple minutes I was charged by PayPal but I never got an order confirmation & it’s not showing up in my orders. I was charged 2 more times a couple hours later. So now I’ve been charged 3 total times & have no order in place. I’m still waiting for someone to contact me back through the 1:1 customer support on WeverseShop . I emailed them & they said it should be resolved & it’s still not. Waiting for someone to email me back again before I file a dispute with PayPal. Probably never going to use WeverseShop again & will order from 3rd party sites instead.

Ktown4u had an army bomb but it was no longer in stock so I went to find other websites to find it and WeverseShop popped up so I ordered 3 things I’m currently waiting on my army bomb but they have good prices but sadly it’s only for bighit if you are a bts or txt fan :) for international armies it may be harder to order because they only accept PayPal . As being an international army I can’t go to concerts so I tried looking for merch and an Lightstick but it’s great overall , all official merch ! the downside to it is you can’t return it once you ordered it for international armies .

Just bring the website back

Tried to order items but it wouldn’t process my PayPal.. by the time I got to enter a different card number, almost everything was sold out. I checked my bank account afterwards and they charged me for the original order that I tried to make but it never showed up in my “orders” tab. The company then basically told everyone that they couldn’t have their items since they were sold out..even though a lot of people tried to buy them before they sold out but WeverseShop wouldn’t let them. I sent a message to them days ago but they have yet to respond. They should’ve stuck to the website because WeverseShop is terrible

Came Through With The TXT Merch~

Ordering from Weply was/is the best experience with online shopping I’ve ever had!~ I swear!~

After I pre-ordered/bought the TXT Seasons Greetings pack (after they restocked), Hood Shirt/Cap~
The Hood Shirt I was able to watch it move from one place to the next with the tracking feature and it was so simple to follow. My cap was shipped a day or two after and it caught up so quickly with my hood.
I got the shirt today and I expect to see the cap by Tomorrow . I like that it’s automatically priority mailing express,because this is mail that would normally take me 30 days and it got here in 4 (after the order was accepted).

Error prevention is horrible. I have to checkout 5 times to get it done

I love having an app to buy official BTS merchandise. However, whoever designed the checkout flow for domestic and international users did a horrible job of error prevention.

I am a US user and had to restart the checkout process about 5-6 times from the beginning because WeverseShop failed to tell me at each step that I need to change/update a field or my order will fail...

1. I cannot use a credit card unless I am in Korea
2. I have to use PayPal or another method of payment if I an paying in US dollars

Etc... All which could be corrected at each step of the entry form.

So please change it. Make it so that when user is checking out, WeverseShop is verifying and validating at each step based on the user profile and guide user. Don’t block them 5 times from buying something. That defeats the whole point of WeverseShop.

Great idea, needs work...

The idea of WeverseShop is great! Being able to buy actual BTS merchandise is awesome since there is nothing near me in Dallas. However it would be nice if they would restock their items. I know it takes time to restock but they should tell us if they are at least working on getting the sold out items back in stock. I bought the membership when I first downloaded WeverseShop and even some of the membership items I can’t buy because you have to pick them up in Korea... If this gets solved the Weply app would be awesome

Finally!

WeverseShop is amazing, and it’s about time that something like it has arrived! Buying merch online has always been a bit of a hassle on the official Bighit website because it’s not completely suited for English speakers. It’s really difficult to sign in because my Bighit password doesn’t fit all of the “standards” they have (like special characters and numbers), so if they could fix that it would be great. It has a nice and simple layout and I assume that buying would be very easy, thank you!

Good helping

I was messed up my address and really got panic. I have mo idea to do so I requested on Weply’s staff and they did it really quick. I was just got an announce about my problem was solved and I’m very touched about that. I want to say thank you for them to know how much I’m appreciate for them.

The app crashes

Every time they release something WeverseShop won’t let me buy it yesterday I had to keep trying over and over again to pay because it kept saying “please try again” and before It would let me pay one of the items I wanted sold out and it also crashed the day of the OST release that day it wouldn’t let me look at what was in my cart and wouldn’t let me go to the checkout obviously the ost didn’t sell out but still the problem still there

WeverseShop and design is amazing the only part that really hinders it is the payment if you’re a international fan the only way you can buy merchandise is if you have a PayPal and not everyone is exactly comfortable or well in the known of how to use one really. And when I tried to do the PayPal thing it wouldn’t let me connect it so I never got to get the album I wanted🙁🙁. But overall WeverseShop is great!!!

Please ship to Australia as I've waited 12 months for my membership that has not arrived and it's up for renewal but scared to renew as I won't receive anything so many Australian army are disappointed as it's a great store and easy to use but we don't want to pay for something we don't receive so please you say you ship worldwide but you don't it's sad & unfair that a lot of army miss out regards Linda

Everything is good tbh, the shipping fee is just kind of expensive. My albums were all legit. It came safe and sound. It didn't have dents also it was wrapped in bubble wrap so I recommend this app if you don't have any problems with expensive sf.
