I ordered my daughter's baptism dress January 6th. On January 9th it was shipped out. I paid an extra 34 dollars for 3-12 business day shipping. It is now February 3rd I'm 9 days away from baptism date & each time I have checked on my order most hits in Chinese I have to get it translated even one translate it gives me no help on January 25 it said in chinese United states the sender has created a label but UPS has not received it yet. Then the 26th it says china mainland received into ups possession. So tell me why I still cant track it. Oh but when I try to track it thru UPS it says my package was delivered July 9th 2021! I can't get anybody on the phone I can't get anybody through email I paid $138 total. I'm beyond anxiety filled thinking I am now going to be rushing around the last minute trying to find a dress I like for her. I read all the fine print before I ordered this is why I paid the extra money for the 3 to 12 business days one holiday was in there. The only bad weather we recently had was this past Saturday and even so it should be updated each time there's a delay I also should get my shipping money back. I will never order from this site again.

This app is absolutely horrible, I ordered a few items off of here and it said 2 of the 3 items were being “prepared” I requested a refund on one of the 3 items on December 10th and it still hasn’t gone through saying “refund application pending. Sorry I didn’t realize buying Chinese knock offs would be this frustrating. Its now December 22nd and you people have yet to deliver the only item you shipped out. The tracking number you gave me ended in shanghai on the 13th and that was the last time it was ever seen. All I’m saying is I’m really getting to a point in hiring a lawyer and suing your company for stealing people’s cash and selling items that are identical to mainstream clothing such as the knock off human race NMD’s and your poorly replicated air jordan 1’s. This app is a huge scam and their “customer service” pretends to help you, but in reality they either A.) don’t respond or B.) take so long to ship out your items that they hope you forget you ever even ordered them.

Customer service is awful they do not respond. I ordered something and on the site it says if you cancel within 24 hours you get a full refund. I emailed and didn’t receive an answer until 2 days later saying I would have to pay for fabric at least as it was already in production. I never received a confirmation email or anything yet my card was charged. When looking at the order it just says preparing. They are a European company and apparently run on their own time. The is no 800 number to call either and I wasn’t paying for a call to Europe to cancel. Do to their negligence I am supposed to shell out money when their site says you have 24 hours to cancel . My email clearly stated I needed to know the arrival time as I would cancel if it wasn’t going to be here when I actually needed it. I will fall victim to this criminal act.
