Super complicated, almost impossible.

TotalHRWorks can be sort of efficient WHEN ITS ACTUALLY WORKING. (Which is almost never). Even when I enter my correct User/Pass, I’m not able to log in because it’s “invalid”. So I end up changing my password, receiving a new one and STILL not being able to log in. What’s that good for?
Another thing- we are in 2018, where many advances to logging in have been made such as Touch ID/Face ID and an option to Remember User/Pass for TotalHRWorks . Every time logging in and out, you need to enter those in manually. It should be quick and simple. Instead it is annoying and I wish I didn’t have to use it!
TotalHRWorks itself looks really outdated. I feel like I’m using an iPhone 4 with iOS from years ago. Major inconvenience using TotalHRWorks when there are so many difficulties that come with it. It needs updating and proper maintenance, which it looks like it hasn’t gotten since I started using it.
I wouldn’t care if I didn’t need to use it to clock in and out everyday, but since I do, I hope something is done to fix this terrible, inconvenient, unorganized App.

Terrible customer service; app needs updated

TotalHRWorks is super easy to use and navigate! Thanks to the company I work for they helped me set up my account and looking over my schedule has never been easier! Plus the convenience of being able to request time off whenever. I do however think that the design of TotalHRWorks is outdated. Their is no option for Touch ID/Face ID, the screen ratio is off if you have any of the larger screen iPhones. Will we be seeing any updates to have it optimized for the iPhone X models?

Update: I reached out to Kronos to see if they could update TotalHRWorks . The opened a ticket for me back in September and I just received an email saying the closed the ticket and did not even comment on it. HORRIBLE customer service...

Will this app be updated?

I tried logging into TotalHRWorks and it says their no mobile function for TotalHRWorks.

I know that there was an update to our payroll system, but not sure if that impacted TotalHRWorks.

Don't even bother!

TotalHRWorks is terrible. Too complicated and counterintuitive.
If TotalHRWorks developers are actually reading this, here's how you can make it so much better in no time:
1- Touch ID and/or 4 digit passcode with remember user option
2- Separate Clock In or Clock Out options based on your previous status (if you are already clocked in, why do we need to see another clock in option?)
3-Change "Cost Center" to "Work Site"
4-auto load and verify work sites with GPS and optional geofences determined by administrators
5 - Separate button for going to user tools, schedules, etc
6 - place to enter tips

Is that too much to ask?

Very basic app

One of the main features that would make me give it four stars: allow me to use TouchID to log in. Especially since OnePoint requires pretty complicated password setup.

2012 called… They want their app back!

Seriously, TotalHRWorks needs Touch ID and optimization for larger screened iPhones. However, it beats clocking in on the website.

This app doesn't work

Started with a new company and TotalHRWorks wss working at that time. However, TotalHRWorks hasn't worked since October of 2018. Our HR department has said that they hope it will be fixed. TotalHRWorks has become useless.

Needs improvements!

TotalHRWorks needs to be optimized for bigger iPhone screens and a few other enhancements would be nice. The overall look is pretty outdated.

One more thing...

TotalHRWorks is really good though, but It needs Touch ID.

1999 wants there webpage and software back

About as user friendly as riding a porcupine bare back. From an admin standpoint just terrible and from what I hear from others, just as bad with employees clocking in/out.

Ok app but....

Out of no where TotalHRWorks stopped working, keeps saying server cannot connect....

Please enable the ability to save your password

Seems TotalHRWorks had no multitasking support, so if I have to switch screens to find my notes or to get to my LastPass app so I can copy & paste my password, I have to start all over entering info.

Worst app ever

Because I have to use TotalHRWorks for work, I installed it. Always crashing, can’t use touchID, very slow.

It doesn’t work

After updating my iPhone to iOS 11, it stopped working. I get a 404 error message

Doesn’t work. Period.

Get with it. You can’t even save your login info!? Junk
