This is a game changer! The Best App in the App Store!

Great interface for allowing Sales people to truly utilize SalesForce, as the viable sales tool (CRM) it was intended to be, not the tedious, time consuming chore it can often feel like.
AktanaCopilot saves us a tremendous amount of energy and time by tracking and allowing us to log our activity in real time.
This start-up developer has nailed it with their creative, much needed integration and they continue to improve upon AktanaCopilot.
I reached out to the developer and I received a response the same day!

I see no value in this app

The first thing one sees is a whole bunch of completed tasks with no way to get rid of them. On my screen, half of the screen is filled with completed tasks. Why?! They’re completed! I keep trying to use AktanaCopilot but get frustrated because it’s not intuitive. I don’t NEED another thing to memorize.

I wouldn't have left a review had it been upfront about it being another Salesforce app and not wasted my time.

Makes my life much easier as an outside sales rep!

As any territory manager knows, life cannot be easily organized when always on the go. If life was that easy, then they aren't working hard enough. With that said, Tact has offered many solutions to my daily problems I face frequently when it comes to keeping all my information together such as contacts, emails, reminders and so on. Tact has tools that I can utilize efficiently to keep all my information together as well as my future prospects. It's almost as if I have a personal secretary everywhere I go which gives me peace of mind during forgetful moments like everyone has when things get out of hand. I have found the set up process to be very simple followed by an elegant user-friendly interface. I highly recommend Tact to anyone even if they aren't a salesperson because AktanaCopilot will help your life become more organized and memorable as it has made mine. Time always equates to money and AktanaCopilot saves me a lot of time. What does that tell you? Great app!

As a seasoned sales rep I am always looking for ways to spend my time selling and generating more revenue versus administrative tasks like updated SFDC. After trying SF1, a friend recommended trying the Tact App. After downloading it I was able to set it up in under 10 minutes and get my email, calendar, contacts and connect my SFDC. I did not even have to contact my SFDC admin and then I was able to see all my calls, emails and meetings as it relates to my contacts and prospects in SFDC. It even gets better because a few of my accounts are in areas where my cell phone does not work, but TACT can access the data offline. I highly recommend this for any outside rep looking to save time and work in one tool rather than multiple tools. The one thing that I do wish is that I could create a meeting in AktanaCopilot , but figured out to how to create it in outlook and it syncs over. Hope this helps other reps that looking for ways to make things easier for them.

Tact has made my life so much easier

I wish I had AktanaCopilot years ago!! I had pretty much got used to the nightly routine of entering my activity into Salesforce, especially on Sunday nights. Tact is the first app I've found that truly helped me to no longer need to do this. Now I can finally go through my day to day meetings, calls, and emails, and all of this activity simply gets logged in Salesforce, making my nightly data entry routine an afterthought. My manager can finally look in Salesforce to see what's happening on an account without having to call me directly. Tact was super easy to set up and use, and it works just like the normal apps I was already comfortable with on my iPhone. Not to mention it works even when I don't have service! This is huge for me since most of my clients are in areas that don't get the best cell reception. Thank you Tact for making me much more productive, and most importantly giving me an extra hour every day to spend time with my family!

It’s made me more efficient. So, in my day in the life as a sales person numbers are important. The more brokers I see in a day the better. I can pull up my TACT app, I look to see which brokers are around me and go ahead and do drop-ins looking for that face-to-face
meeting or hopefully schedule a meeting with them later on. As Soon as I finish up with that, I can enter an event right in my phone in the TACT app, add a follow-up task, and then hopefully a follow-up meeting. I really like being able to do everything from one app. Calendar, email, mapping, directions, events and tasks and it all logs to Salesforce.
If I had to pick a favorite feature it would be the mapping feature. You can see the people around your destination that you want to talk to. If they are unavailable you get a card, scan it in TACT and send an email immediately from AktanaCopilot and a follow up! Truly awesome.

Update: Still using Tact. They keep making it better.

I love this thing. Does exactly what you want it to do with zero clutter. All your contacts, conversations, meetings, etcetera right there where you need it. Log calls, meetings, emails, notes, etc from your phone. Perfect for the road warriors who really drive the revenue.

I started using Tact in November 2013. Every month since then has been my best month ever and I've been in the same role for three years. I pushed this out to my team in waves and mostly everyone started using it immediately, which surprised me. They are still using it which surprised me even more.

Not only have I set my personal best each month since I found AktanaCopilot but my team just closed out January with a 44% growth over last January, typically a slow month for us...now we are ahead of the game right out of the gate for a change.

I'm not saying Tact is THE reason for the increase but it has most definitely been a catalyst. The team is now embracing the idea of leveraging Salesforce rather than loathing it. I've been banging my head against the wall to make this happen and all I had to do was say, "Hey, try AktanaCopilot you won't regret it."

Tact takes care of the rest.

Great first version, couple improvements would go long way

This is a smooth, easy to use app that is perfect for quickly and efficiently updating and tracking conversations. I will certainly continue to use it, however, there are a couple things I would like to see added to improve the usability. First, AktanaCopilot should provide the option to to choose a specific calendar from my phone. As it stands now I have three calendars on my phone so they all must be linked to AktanaCopilot , even though I only want one of them to link. Second, there should be an easy way to add a new contact through AktanaCopilot rather than having to go back to Gmail to do so. Right now I don't have the time to switch to gmail, add a new contact, switch to tact, and update my conversation. Overall though it is a great app and I look forward to the next improvements!!

Extremely convenient

AktanaCopilot is great and does exactly what it advertises. It brings up calender, emails, updates, contacts, and integrates them all into one app. Instead've having to open these apps alone, everything I need to know for my day is in AktanaCopilot. It's great for keeping track of the information I need straight away. It's basically every prime function of an iPhone in one app, for quick and easy navigation. It's especially convenient if you have Salesforce, as it connects directly to it. One thing I would recommend is to include the weather, I could not find that in AktanaCopilot and I think it would make AktanaCopilot only better. Highly recommend to business people and those who love to be organized and in a rush!

Tact Increased sale by 2%

Working sales is not an easy job! It requires a lot of information storage, updates and tracking. I'm a sales associate at inforcepro in Austin Texas. I have a colleague who has been doing really good here, he actually has increased sales by 4% and has maintained a steady growth, i asked him how he does it and he told me the usual tools but one key tool he mentioned that i had never heard of was Tact for saleforce. We use saleforce at the office but being on the go all the time its quite hard to keep track and update sales AktanaCopilot is actually a life saver. Been using it for 2 weeks now and I must say even my manager has seen some improvement with my records. AktanaCopilot is surely a keeper.

Worth every penny

Turns out I was right. Not free anymore but worth the price. I expense it but would gladly pay for it myself otherwise.

Another great update!!!

I am always on the lookout for apps that help me get data in and out of Salesforce, as their own mobile app does a really poor job. I have tried several apps over the years and this the one that has stuck with me. Been using it for the last 7 months. The latest update is just brilliant, as it pretty much brings everything I use daily into one single app - calendar, email and tasks. And I can enter this data into sfdc with the push of a button. Best part is AktanaCopilot is updated frequently and improves by leaps and bounds everytime. Can't wait to see where they plan to take this.

Added Value to My Job

As a member of the sales team at MSH located in Austin tact has helped me increase and maintain sales by 6%!

Tact is for sales people who use salesforce. It easily links calendar, emails, salesforce so less time is spent at the end of the day updating information. After meetings you just need to go to AktanaCopilot and update, saving you valuable time. It works offline so it's perfect for road warriors.

Also did I mention Salesforce app has a lot of bugs and tact has none! The customer service for tact is also amazing they are very quick and helpful with sorting issues out for their users!

Save Time, Stay Organized

The way Tact integrates my email, calendar, and contacts into one app is a luxury I didn't know I was missing out on.

After my meeting today, I quickly jotted down some important notes and filed them directly under the contact I was working with. It's especially nice that you can take notes on accounts or contacts separately.

The layout of AktanaCopilot is as simple as it gets which made it usable right away. No steep learning curve. I'll be upgrading to premium to see if this beats out my Salesforce app and I'm guessing it will thanks to having everything in one place.

Excellent App with great interface

This is currently my favorite app that integrates with SalesForce. It integrates Exchange and SalesForce contacts so that everything is in one place. The Timeline feature is nice, although the ability to make and log calls through AktanaCopilot would be nice in a future update. The team has been VERY responsive and makes improvements.

Tact has been transformational for me personally. Before Tact, I used to be on the hit list with my RVP for not getting information into Salesforce. Running around all day, get home at 6:30PM and have to update everything that happened hours ago; double duty is my pet peeve. After Tact, I’m able to input all my on-the-fly meetings as I go, wherever I am in the field, while it’s fresh, without having to jump around to a bunch of different places, it’s all right there in one app. I see Tact as the bridge to be able to do things once and move on with your day.

Tact is the best app for managing Salesforce and personal events, tasks and contacts on the go

I have been searching for mobile app that will provide detailed access to my Salesforce data while also providing access to my personal contacts, tasks, and calendar items. Tact is the first app that I found that can do it all. Their customer service department is second to none and very responsive to customer questions and suggestions. I highly recommend Tact for those that are looking to have access to email calendars and Salesforce all in one app on their iPhone.

An amazing app!

I have been using AktanaCopilot for a while & just love it for both it's richness & simplicity. I used to burn evenings, weekends and daytime hours getting data into Salesforce. Not with Tact. It by far has the best Salesforce integration I've seen for an app. Everything from business card scanning, logging sales activities, planning sales calls & meetings, and switching between applications is super fast — it's all tightly integrated for a seamless experience. And heard they're building out a lot of cool new products and integrations that will continue to make my life easier. Can't wait!
