Beautiful app. Too bad it’s slowing me down more than helping. I agree a lot with a previous reviewer here, it’s focused more on the owner and not on the rep. My dashboard tracks all activities except the ones that matter to me as a door to door rep, such as visits and appointments set. I wants ratios, visits-contact, contacts-appointments, appointments-closed, Seeing my performance grow is the foundation for me and my future reps.

Another gripe is door-to-door mode is hard to work. I have info tap and I love the feature, only problem is if I knock on a door and no one answered, info tap will stop working for that address. Even if I revisit and get contact, info tap stops working after the first visit making me manually input the contact info. Half the time you won’t get first contact so half the time the feature isn’t useful.

It’s a beautifully appealing app, I want SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp to work and I love how they are trying to be more of a CRM. Can’t let the basics slip. Maybe Sales rabbit can be more useful for me

I have been a user of the company since it was introduced. Every company that I've worked for, has heard expound on how it's been the best solution, when tracking each potential client. Not only has it helped me to reach a higher level. But I've done so with a great tool in hand

The regular updates are great! They will also reach out to ask for your time to review them, on a Zoom call. They are looking to help each and every client on the route to having more sales!!

In sales I have used a variety of CRM platforms and SPOTIO has features others do not that are really spot on and helpful. For example SPOTIO immediately shows a google image of property saving me the time of opening another tab for this with other systems. Additionally SPOTIO allows me to upload documents so that I have reference-able useful materials that are tracked with each lead and customer. It is very easy to assign a lead to one of our sales team. And it is super simple to search for as well as move along leads in pipes for organization. I highly recommend SPOTIO for it’s intuitive design, kudos!

Our team here has used Spotio for a good while and it has been awesome! They have amazing features that keep everything organized and it’s much more colorful than other tracking apps we’ve used. The pipeline features are easy to use and handy and have helped our customer service a ton. Using it for our door to door team has been easy to track houses and it’s easy to update statuses quickly helping the process go much quicker.

When I first started using SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp , It was a bit confusing to navigate and get the most out of it.
A few trainings and zooms with the super friendly Spotio team helped our team also learn how to manage more administrative tasks that we can go back and visit later. Those tools are of more use to me as a rep.
Spotio seems to be a growing company with more capabilities on the horizon.
The Spotio team is Super responsive and attentive to any feedback, as well.
The application itself is quite easy to use and reliable.

Spotio has helped me increase my door to door sales closing percentage by 100%. I no longer have to use paper to document what doors I have knocked on or what customers I have spoken to or what we spoke about. Now with Spotio, I easily pull up SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp , look at the area I’m in and it’s right there in front of you where I’ve already been, who I’ve spoken to and notes about what we talked about as well as when the last time we spoke. In addition, with SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp , I can easily set appointments and track my closing rates. This is an amazing app and a real game changer.

I use Spotio every single day and it has allowed me to mark, record and see every single interaction on one screen. I’m able to prospect better and strategize my territories better by using the tools throughout SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp that are only one or two clicks. The information is easy to gather.

I would love to learn how I can reduce double or triple marked homes that represent duplexes and multi-family homes that do not show marked colors. I wish the most recent visit would override a “2” or “3” unit home.

I have been in door to door sales for a few years now, and Spotio is the one tool I don’t want to knock without. It keeps track of the doors I have already knocked, and also let’s me notate the details of my conversations. When I log into SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp , I can clearly see where I left off from the day before. The pins are even color coordinated, which is super helpful for a visual person like myself.

I started out with the Spotio Legacy app, which helped me tremendously, but was lacking some key functions for my solar energy business. I switched to SalesRabbit for the last 6 months, and now I’m back to Spotio with their updated CRM version and I love it! Travis and Lilly have been exceptionally helpful with the on boarding process! Additionally, having a built in pipeline helps me as a business manager to see what my reps are doing out in the field and what stage each lead is at. Highly recommend SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp for anyone in residential sales!

I recently started a new job and was dreading a new CRM to learn. Spotio has made it easy and fun to use. It helps me locate potential customers near by which is more accurate at times than using google. I like the functionality of the menus and windows. It is easy to use and helpful when keeping track of your calls and discussions with clients. I recommend SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp to any company or self- employed company needing a boost in sales. A happy customer DMZ👍

Great app all around. I saw a comment that the loading time could be better, I can agree it could probably be better but my experience has been a little better as it loads quickly 95% of the time unless I’m in a far-away land somewhere (in my Shrek narrator voice). Besides that I think it’s really user-friendly as far as the interface and really a good and convenient tool to have. Essential for any D2D company for sure.

With all that’s going on right now I didn’t realize that I was having success at first until my supplier said your my only regular customer as of late. He asked what are we doing differently from everyone else and I told him how we were using Spotio as a lead generator and emailing potential customers vs. knocking on doors. The software is easy to understand and works.

All around, Spotio has helped me reach qualified homeowners more effectively and take more time with them at the doorstep. However, I’m often watching the loading circle spin on a pin for 3-5 minutes. While it is not each house, about every other one takes minutes to load before I can access the data for “visit” the homeowner.

I love SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp, it’s a great way to work in the field and offers lots of different filters for leads/prospects. There’s time where it often will give me issues with simply low service but other than that I’ve never had an issue. Always quick to work when I need it to when I have good signal and very dependable.

I’ve been using the SPOTIO app for about a year and have trained countless employees on it. It’s user friendly and doesn’t run down our tablet batteries so we can hit the ground running with confidence! The tracking feature allows us to stay connected and make sure no one gets lost. I would recommend SPOTIO to any company or organization that goes door-to-door.

SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp is really good, gives you the tools to organize your seals and if you have a team you can gather important data that will let you manage your sellers in a more efficient way, I really recommend this tool since it opens another level of organization and the customer service of the company is really good and profesional and above all they have a really fair price for what you can do with the software.

SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp is very helpful and easy to use (unlock others). It’s especially great when working with a team as it helps prevent contacting those who have already been contacted recently. There is also a great notes tool that really helps communication within our team. I would highly recommend this to anyone out there canvassing.

Spotio has made my work life easier with recording my work data. Roofing D2D is rough but with Spotio can access home owner info, having the address saves time and I don’t have to ask for address Info which makes setting an appointment faster with ease. Organization is key in this field and Spotio has increased my productivity 10X. I highly recommend SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp for anyone in the D2D Industry.

Spotio forced the company I work for to transfer from spotio legacy to 2.0 and it has been ROUGH. They went from primary colors to pastel colors that are not easy to identify. My pins will change colors 2-3 times as I zoom in and out which makes identifying them impossible. In legacy if you tapped a pin it provided pin info in the bottom without going filly into the pin.. now you must go into the pin, scroll all the way down just to find out it’s a cold lead. Planning on switching since they told me colors changing is impossible until I sent them the video. Then they said “IDK”

After using SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp after several months, I like it now and it’s easy to use. The bug fixes were super important and made SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp usable, because it was not usable before then.

I have been using Spotio now for 5 years. It has a lot to do with my success. If I wasn’t able to track what happens at each door knock I would not be able to save time and follow up with more leads. This is a must app!

I would like to see a greater choice in dispositions. On Lost reasons, there should be a Renter button & color. Also, No Answer is the same color dot as Lost which means we lose a lot of time reopening homes to discover which it is.

So easy to use when I’m out in the field and allows me to keep track of everything in one place! Support has been great with answering my questions and helping me get setup!

So it must be. I knock on 100 doors a day minimum and I’ve been using this software for nearly 10 years and it just keeps getting better I would not go door knocking without it

2.0 and it really doesn’t work that well. I used the old app in the past and it seemed to work well. First day in the field using this version and I’m not a big fan. Freezes, doesn’t allow me to add additional contacts, doesn’t always drop pin, won’t let me open company documents I uploaded... day one and I honestly might start looking for another option.

It’s definitely quicker than most website based tracking system. Loads fast so it doesn’t waste time. Love SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp.

SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp just keeps getting better and better. They just added routing which is great.

It’s painfully slow. I saw an error message that gave me the name of the hosted server and the name of their database. That is very poor coding, so not surprised SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp is slow. Whoever coded it has very little talent.

Hands down the best app to door 2 door sales, be patient with customer service they updated SPOTIO1FieldSalesApp to be a lot more useful and resourceful.
