Takes forever to load up

My TRAX app takes forever to load up. That is if it loads up. I have to power down my phone numerous times and/or remove TraxRetail and reinstall it.

We don't need 6,000 different types

We don't need 6,000 different types of alcohol for any given task. TraxRetail is confusing and is NOT user friendly at all.

User unfriendly

It is very difficult to capture with an air pad. It is very time consuming. You can’t start a session and go back to it.

This would make life easier

Would you please make it possible to use the front facing camera. It would be easier to line up the picture in a tight aisle if you could have the screen facing you.

Won’t take pictures freezes and doesn’t download and then will take a picture on its own

No longer works on iPhone

Since the upgrade, TraxRetail no longer works on my iPhone XR. After the password is entered, the “working” spinner starts and the program goes no further. It does work on the company-issued Android device.

Lag between photos

I enjoy using TraxRetail but i notice in some stores(particularly Walmart’s) there is a significant lag between being able to take photos. I would like to know how to solve this issue as it increases in store time.
