First I wish they had fingerprint login. More importantly, I just added activities which aren't showing up on the desktop application. I wish Redtail invested more on their online app like some of the competition to make this more robust and useful as a productivity tool - especially for those traveling and on the road and rely on apps on their mobile devices.

Not much to say. I was moderately happy with project tailwag improvements but RedtailCRM simply doesn't work like it's supposed to. These CRMs need to step up their game for mobile apps especially. WealthBox is a cool alternative but their app is just as bad. I never write reviews unless they are awesome or terrible, RedtailCRM is terrible.

We signed up last summer and redtail on boarding team said they were coming out with a new app in the next couple months and said their current one was "horrible - you are gonna love the new one." Called several times and no one knows anything about new app. Will be taking my CRM business elsewhere if redtail doesn't catch up with the mobile world.

Marginal at best. Most of the time it will not scroll so you only have access to what you first see.

Disappointing for a tech company.

RedtailCRM simply doesn't work. I can't scroll through calendar and contacts screens. I can't view appointments past 9:00 am and have to search contacts by full name rather than first letter. We chose Redtail CRM because it's compatible with iCal. The full version runs like clockwork, I'm disappointed that RedtailCRM is so far behind.

I've used RedtailCRM for two years because I don't have a choice given its the only phone app the desktop CRM is compatible with. RedtailCRM is very difficult to use and hangs up frequently. Since the last IOS update to 9.02, it is virtually useless, and RedTail technical support is just as worthless.

I've never seen an app this bad. If there was such a thing as negative stars, RedtailCRM would get the award. What's even more sad is the company's lack of a response for so long. If you were a stock I'd short you until you fixed your issues, I'd be rich due to your complacency!

Please don't waste your time using this. You're better off printing off your calendar and working from there. Whoever is RedtailCRM developer might want to sober up. Get your act together team, thank you.

Wow! Maybe the worst CRM app imaginable! Thank god I can integrate my iOS calendar to their desktop/website to view my day-to-day calendar. Otherwise I'd be back to a pen and paper calendar. Come on, Redtail, you've had ample time to fix this atrocious attempt at an app for Tailwag. You're going to lose loyal clients like my firm.

Doesn’t look like the developers are even trying to keep up with the latest iPhone updates. It won’t open in IOS 11, needs to be drastically overhauled to be even slightly competitive.

It would be helpful to have appointment reminders.

You can not scroll down to see times later in the day when viewing your calendar. And according to redtail, they are not working on a fix.

Redtail makes a great web based CRM but their attempts at mobile couldn't get any worse! Do not use RedtailCRM or redtail if you hope to do anything from a mobile device.

I recently added Redtail to my practice because SF has too many features that need customization. I like the simplicity of Redtail and ease of use.

This Redtail app has yet to integrate some key functions or update it to work with iOS 8. I would like to see the ability to move an appointment without having to edit. When editing an appointment, the time and date functions require you to close RedtailCRM and edit via a phone browser which makes RedtailCRM useless.

I would also like to see some integration with social media and adding existing clients from my contacts.

With some adjustments, RedtailCRM could be a 4 or 5 star.

Freezes, won't scroll, not compatible with their latest version, and the calendar feature is near-worthless. Ugh!
