Enough CRM

We are a small motor scooter dealer that builds relationship with our customers and needed a solution for follow through after the sale, besides all the other stuff with a Crm. I had looked at this product before and passed on it. I had our staff test three CRM products that they would use daily. I was surprised they chose Pipedrive for ease and simple to understand what’s happening with a Deal. With other products they had to hunt for the same info. I moved forward and set it up for us during the trial period and found the help helpful. The email is great linking up with the customers and vendors. Is saving me time daily.
This week my email stopped working and I found myself with the opportunity to see how the Tech Support worked and responded to our troubles. I used the chat. Amazed how quickly they were there and present with me. First they had me do clearing history and a few other things to get it back, then had me send screen shots and bumped to the engineers. My email was back within hours and all the while the tech support person kept me informed. Happy to say not user error and the tone was upbeat and never felt like I was putting them out. Pleasant experience.

Still in Start-Up Phase

I recognize the necessity of a full-functioning CRM, so I’ve tried several and I agree with the majority; Pipedrive is one of the easier ones to set up and begin using right away.
I would like to make one recommendation and that is to be able to import contact groups, instead of the entire list.
Unfortunately I have business and personal contacts listed together in my original list to import. It would really save time if I didn’t have to import them all.
Thank you for the wonderful program! Haven’t yet needed Customer Service much (which says a lot!) but I know you’re there.

Beyond User Friendly!

PipeDrive in general is beyond user friendly. When you have an app that is so efficient and compatible with the desktop version it is almost impossible to skip a beat. I set up my initial Pipeline in just about 6 hours; adding contacts, email temps, pipeline fields and settings (this was for 2 separate accounts with a total of 9 pipelines). Then another 6 for tinkering with the integration of several apps and 3rd party services...I'm a novice when it comes to IT, but I was able to do it all on my own.

SALESFORCE on the other hand passed me off to an IT consultant that wanted almost $10k for the same implementation that I was able to do on my own!

Thank you Pipedrive for the ease and simplicity of your product! I'm already seeing a 3x's better efficiency and soon to be 5x's higher production...fivefold income increase for 2017 is fine by me!

Fantastic CRM

After many years using multiple CRM’s, this is by far my favorite. The ability to keep its database separate of my personal contacts, yet display the info on incoming calls was an unexpected surprise.
The ease of use to store meeting and call notes, blind copy emails that auto populate with correct organizations and individuals and keeping files all in one place is a time saver!
Yes, like any CRM, you must spend a little bit of time reviewing how it works vs what you want it to do. PipeDrive is extremely versatile and perfect for a multi user organization !!!
Sorting of activities is very easy by using the filters (aug 2 post must have been a user who didn’t fully understand PD).
You must not look any further, check out PD - it has saved me hours of time which is our enemy!

A CRM to love and use

Pipedrive is hands down the best CRM because it offers so many features without complicating the process of inputing leads and setting up sales processes. We run marketing trackers, sales, and transactions for our real estate business using pipedrive, and have get an overview of our entire team activities to find where we are succeeding and where we need to improve. With their API and webhooks, we have been able to integrate with a host of other apps saving hours of data entry and input errors. With updates and improvements always happening, pipedrive will surely continue to get better with time! This is what happens when intuitive sales people build sales software!

Getting worse, removing features

updates have removed some features like the ability to pick which email app to use on your phone when emailing a contact. If you don’t use the built in Mail app (which any email power user will agree is terrible on iOS), you’re out of luck. Can’t even send an email to your deal contacts on the go. You should be able to do this within CRMsalestracker through pipedrive like you can on web. Also activity filters you’ve set up on web aren’t accessible in CRMsalestracker . And, the Caller feature which is an expensive add on that lets you call contacts and record calls automatically + attach to their history is not available in mobile. Overall CRMsalestracker is too basic and leaves many things to be desired!!!

Needs activity custom filtering

CRMsalestracker would be five stars except that I am unable to filter activities using my custom filters that I use on the web version. Since I do Pipedrive 2-way sync with Google Calendar, ALL of my Google Calendar events get displayed as activities in CRMsalestracker . In the web version I just filter them out so I only see my intended Pipedrive activities, but without activity custom filters my Pipedrive todo list is overflowing with all my past calendar events marked as “overdue.” This makes using Pipedrive app as a means of getting activities one by one virtually impossible and CRMsalestracker mostly useless to my needs.

The deals page enables custom filtering, so it really doesn’t make sense that the activities page does not. Please fix! Thank you.

Not For Quick Turnover Businesses

We have a pressure washing business that has a very quick turnover and we thought it would be useful, but found it to be time consuming to punch in twice (once in our shared Apple Calendar and then in to PipeDrive). By the time I have added client info into our database and calendar for an estimate, we are getting more calls from new clients. It was a waste of time and money for our two man operation and I found the shared Apple calendar just as useful. The calendar doesn’t remind us of who to follow up with, but we do it old school and go back a week to see who has booked and who hasn’t. Until we find a CRM that’s for businesses like ours, we will keep doing business the old fashioned way. And BTW....DO NOT PAY A YEAR! If you don’t like the service, your are locked in and do not get a refund for unused months. Lesson learned for us 👎🏼

Impressed

Wow! When using CRMsalestracker correctly and thoroughly, I have found it to be the best sales tool I have ever used. It’s perfect!! As long as you are consistently add all the information you have for each of your leads, then linking your emails and contacts, it makes sharing the progress you have made for each lead with all of your team members. CRMsalestracker has significantly improved how efficiently my business operates! The updates are always improvements and they never take a step back. Always moving forward. My business sales goals have not just been met but instead, they have been exceeded!

Decent app, but could be MUCH better if

I really like Pipedrive and CRMsalestracker is decent, but there’s a major flaw - there is no way to sort activities by date. It defaults by putting the oldest-dated activities at the top, which is counterintuitive. It makes sense to put the newer dates activities at the top, because that was obviously take priority over something that has been languishing, likely for a good reason. If something has been on my task list for three months, there’s likely a reason I have ignored it. That does not mean that I need to keep seeing it at the top every day. This just does not demonstrate common sense in understanding task priorities. Having this functionality would make CRMsalestracker much better, and I am actually thinking of switching to a new app because this is such a headache.

No Leads; uses the IOS mail app

CRMsalestracker has a nice layout and I liked the idea of using it as a mail client until I replied to a prospect’s email and only realized after the fact that it had used my unprofessional personal yahoo account as the from address. Apparently, CRMsalestracker uses the iOS mail client to send mail. I mistakenly thought it had its own built in mail client. I do not use the iOS mail client (I use Spark mail and Outlook) and totally had forgotten that yahoo account existed. I probably burned a good lead because of that. I guess that’s on me.

The other very large problem for me is the lack of leads. I only convert a lead to a deal if they have engaged with me somehow. CRMsalestracker doesn't show leads at all which is odd due to their prevalence in the desktop app.

Wowza!

I have NEVER written a review for an app. PipeDrive, however, is totally worth the time and effort. Especially considering CRMsalestracker has saved me tons of time in my day. I thought I was organized by tracking my entire pipeline via excel. A friend told me to try this out and I did. At first I was overwhelmed by all the bells & whistles but now that I got the hang of how the system works I crushing my to-do list and find myself being way more productive. All of my leads now get the love and attention they need from me. Little do they know it’s all automated!! Highly recommend. Worth every single penny!!

Has all the great features but poorly executed

I would give pipedrive a higher rating because of all the great features, pricing and support. But... the tech is super glitchy and I’m constantly writing support trying to find out what’s wrong with the site for the day. This feels like it’s happening more and more lately. Not sure if they switched management but it’s becoming impossible to use and rely on. I actually talked to their sales person and they admitted their servers are garbage and that they are trying to move to a cloud based service.
I don’t think I can recommend this CRM because it’s so unreliable and buggy. I spent on average 2-4hrs a month with support trying to fix their problems. Hate this program

PLEASE add job title to person info in the app!

We recently implemented this program with our salespeople and have loved it! My only real complaint so far is the lack of customization in CRMsalestracker . I need to have an option for job title when adding a person in CRMsalestracker . We now have to add a person, then go back and update the contact on the website where job title is an option. If I’m supposed to use PD contacts in place of my iPhone contacts, this must be updated. Job title is a very important piece of information that we need to be able to capture in CRMsalestracker . Thank you!

Really great. Mobile missing one key feature!

Love CRMsalestracker. Use it everyday to run my business. The only thing that I wish mobile had was the ability to quickly add (auto fill) new deals from mail. Desktop had this feature but mobile requires me to create a contact and other details before I can link to a deal. Instead mail threads should be able to create a new deal as desktop does. Everything else is great!

Wow!

It has been an endless search for the perfect CRM and scheduling tool...I’ve gone so far as to create my own...then I found pipedrive...it is simply the most intuitive, flexible, and simple to use platform I’ve ever used (and I’ve used just about all my f them!). Also, their new plugins actually work and integrate usefully and seamlessly like so few platforms. Oh...and the customer service is unbelievable...useful,fast answers in chat...great follow ups be email! Simply a superlative product. If the offered me a job I’d drop everything and take it!

Calendar doesn’t work as expected

So i started to notice that I had missed meetings and things in my calendar. I reached out to support and support wasn’t sure why this was happening. Also it took about a week to get responses. I’m in USA so I think these guys are overseas which is why their support is so slow. Anyway. It turns out that all calendar events show up as tasks. Well I wanted to make my task view look clean so I clicked complete.
You would expect for that task to just be complete but not in Pipedrive.
When you click complete your meeting actually moves to the time you clicked complete!!!
No other crm does this and this is a major fail. Why would all my calendar events move around like that. Terrible terrible.

Google contact sync does not work well.... poor support

One of the most important reasons I chose pipedrive was it synced with Google. The contact sync is very inconsistent. I have been particularly unimpressed with how pipe drive has responded to my help requests. The answer is always “turn it off and then turn it back on.” I have done this multiple times and it has led to deleted and duplicated contacts. When I went to a deeper level of support at pipedrive, the answer was “we know it’s broken, we use an outside company for Google contact sync, and so we can’t help you.“ Pipedrive is a great app, just don’t buy it if you expect it to work well with your Google contacts.

The latest finally made CRMsalestracker a useful tool and not an exercise of futility and frustration! There has always been little issues with the desktop version of Pipedrive that I’ve felt could have been designed better but overall a great value and one of the best CRM’s on the market. Therefore, I wouldn’t rely on using the Pipedrive app, so is a nice little bonus and has still has lots of room to improve. Way to go Pipedrive!!!! Please don’t stop here and keep going!

Audio Notes

The audio note feature is great and the fact they can be transcribed is awesome. However, notes and transcribed audio notes should be the same. Right now the transcribed audio note is tied to an activity like a call or email. This doesn’t make any sense. A note is a note regardless of whether it’s typed or an audio transcription. I use notes often as small steps between calls, emails and meetings.

Decent on the web, awful on ios

I’m an active user and think the web app works well, but the mobile app is absolute garbage. Considering I spend most of my time traveling, it really is getting to the point where I’m looking to switch my entire organization away from pipedrive. The fact that replying to emails, logging information, and managing follow-ups are so challenging to do in CRMsalestracker or are done outside CRMsalestracker has literally reduced the productivity of our team on a daily basis.I’m sorry I signed up for Pipedrive. If you’re serious about crm and need a good mobile UX for your staff, skip Pipedrive and look elsewhere.

We Love Pipedrive CRM... BUT....

Pipedrive is a great CRM because it is simple and fairly customizable without hiring a coder. We have it pretty well mastered and completely set up for our commercial real estate firm.

Here's the problem...

The Pipedrive "Nearby" mapping system on CRMsalestracker is terrible. It never stops trying to sync. We have gone back and forth with their egotistic Support team that denies all problems or wrong-doing, even though fixing this issue would result in a better product.

Full disclosure, we have a fair amount of contacts and organizations, however even after creating a detailed filter to narrow down the list, the map will not show the locations. It just keeps spinning, in an attempt to sync.

This problem makes CRMsalestracker useless for our sales agents on the street.

Until Pipedrive decides to put some effort into their mapping system, we would not recommend relying on a Mobil App that doesn't allow you to see your Organizations on a map.
