Flop

I’ve been using it for years but it NEVER works correctly at any given moment. Some things can only be done on a desktop computer. I still have “advocate” messages incoming and NO clue on where to find them. I usually just wait on my relocation department to tell me, lol. Also, for whatever reason, client info gets disseminated to other agents. I’ve had clients call me and ask why I sent them to another agent. I’ve had agents call and ask why I was emailing their clients. And, the biggest fail is I’ve entered in clients I’ve procured only to have them contacted by other agents and lost business. In many cases this happens if you go about a week or two without updating that particular person’s profile. It hasn’t happened a lot but when you have a buyer scheduled to visit your city and you contact them a week out only to find they already came and used another agent that they “thought you sent me too.”👎

Unrealized Potential

I want to love this CRM, I really do. If it worked as advertised this system would be a fantastic asset to my business. Unfortunately both Zap and online portal are hugely flawed with bugs that make it extremely frustrating to use. Imagine inputting contact info only to have it disappear when you reference that contact later. What about trying to input a contacts information only to have the system tell you that there is an error and can’t save your work? It happens, but this app doesn’t tell you where you made a mistake! I’ve had to edit or delete every line of information in order to discover that something was not formatted to their liking. I’ve wasted so much time and energy struggling with this system. I want it to be good; I want to love it, but until the bugs are squashed this app is costing me time and money

Lots of bugs

Zap could be good. But there are lots of bugs that end up freezing the whole app and I have to restart it. But I have yet to be able to do anything productive with it because it freezes so often.
Also it has an option to sign in with Face ID on Apple devices. But it makes you out in a password before the Face ID turns on. Also please change the background color of notes. Black is hard to see on a dark gray background. Please also let us have bullet points on out notes. Or at least paragraphs. I don’t typically write in full sentences when jotting down notes.

I miss zap 2

Zap provides less functionality than its predecessor. I can’t send hand picked listings or any listings to a customer from Zap and many email scripts didn’t migrate nicely. I went from being able to run my business mostly through Zap to only sending a welcome email and a link to mobile searching while everything else has to wait until I am sitting at a computer- and even then I can’t send hand picked listings... I actually miss Zap2.

Bugs

So I’ve been using Zap as an integral part of my business. And I have come to a very startling conclusion that the this app app has been deleting multiple reminders when I only mark one as complete. I have no idea how long this has been happening, but now I cannot trust this CRM to do anything but store information. I recommend using a third party reminder site and NOT this app itself to set up your reminders. It will delete others as a result of completing one task.

App not working

I have an iPhone 8 and Zap had been working fine and now I can no longer open it. I can get into the desktop version but not the mobile. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it to see if that was the problem. Please help?

Love it but...

Love this tool but would like for property search engines to be improved. If I could merge this with the ease of use and mapping lot lines in HomeSnap I would. It needs to be easier to send a suggested property to a client and set up a search engine and capture Coming Soons!

Love the app

The newest update doesn’t allow me to send reminder texts or emails. I’m not sure what changed it won’t let me click it like in the past. I deleted and downloaded again no change. Using iPad Pro and iPhone 6s both on current software.

Can’t update. Very disappointing

Zap is pretty useless and it’s the crn my business uses. Ugh! You can’t update snd set reminders. I saw a new lead today in it but Zap says I’ll be able to access after a future update! Useless and dysfunctional. The desktop version is better but has a lot of glitches from time to time.

It Doesn’t Work

I can update Custmer status, add a note, or send an email. I called customer support, They said delete and reinstall. So I did but it Zap worked for one day only.
I’m using iPhone 8 and I’ve the latest version of software.
I don’t have any issues with my phone or any other app.
I’m required to use this app and I hope some one of Zap developers contact me.

Needs work

I have the sign in saved for Face ID, and it never works. After retyping the password etc. it’s difficult to access the phone log in Zap and it is much easier to use the website. Even after entering password or using Face ID to sign in, it still does not work.

Just awful

Zap and the desktop version are awful. Doesn’t not work right, constantly getting error messages while trying to work within. It’s frustrating and I would not recommend it to anyone. Not sure what the developers are doing but get a handle on this because it’s laughable how bad it is.

Not as functional as desktop version

Wish It had all the options and functions as the desktop version. Would be much more convenient for busy agents. Setting up a campaigns or a follow up plan can’t be done through the mobile app. :(

Training needed to really work well

Somewhat intuitive, but requires a lot of input of info and activity (not unlike most CRMs). There in lies the problem. You spend all your time filling out forms which is really tough in real estate where you get many, many one time contacts, transactions that do not produce many repeat sales.

Big problem for me is that it does not work well on iPad, which i my prime tool.

Excellent

Zap and the web based service are a true marvel as a CRM. A little featureless one year ago in 2016, but now in the fall of 2017 no CB Agent should be without this. 10/10

Very glitchy

Zap can be very helpful at time but then other times when it starts to act up it can be a very glitchy app. The system went down for two one time with no projected time to have it repaired. It’s not my favorite to use.

Love Zap

I love that I can write a property insight with my this app app on my phone, while in the house! I like the user friendliness of Zap too; it’s easy to navigate.

Cannot stand ZAP

Have continued to receive daily notification for a year related to a client that did not chose to continue a search. There seems to be no way to end these daily messages that have become harassment.

Horrific!

Have used this app for over a year now. It is a train wreck that barely functions, crashes, is missing key features and has to be one of Realogy’s biggest embarrassments. You’d be better off using scrap paper as a CRM.

It never works.

I can never see my stuff. I get a notification of a showing request, tap on it, and it brings up a perpetually blank screen.

By

Log in bugs I have to call in for help every other time I use this portal! It will get me in twice then bam the password does Not work! This has been going on 5-6 months now

By

Crappy

I’ve not been able to login to Zap for days!!! I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail! So frustrating!
