Could be great. But it's a pain
This could be a great app. I see my contacts and reminders at my fingertips. It will even dial my contact's phone number for me on my phone. This is the BEST part. The problem is it's full of bugs and they won't fix them. I've reported them before. After I place a call the message to place a call doesn't go away. If you cancel that message then it goes away and you can proceed with the call you've already placed. And talk with your contact! When the call is done there is a place to put comments about the outcome of the call. These comments go into "history" tab not the "Notes." Nevertheless the app records the history comments and updates your database, which is good. But the app continues to prompt for comments instead of closing the contact and going back to the dashboard m. And whether you say "No, cancel" or "Yes comment" the screen won't go back to the dashboard to choose the next contact to call. You have to close and reopen the app to call the next person. That's a pain. And really annoying. I reported this bug months ago and there are still no updates in the App Store. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Still buggy. The first call is fine. Everything after that isn't. This is the only use of the mobile app that I have. And it's frustrating that it could be great. But is a pain instead. So, what to do, write a review. And maybe they'll debug and fix it.
Slow app, limited features, and seriously still no option for email signature
Soooooo disappointing!!! They removed 3rd party mail option, to force you to use their miserable CRM app. The app is slow beyond belief, I had to buy a new version of my phone just so that the app would open. I like to organize and task manage, but the app has no features, doesn't even allow for an email signature. They keep saying changes are coming, but seriously how do they expect me to work on a mobile device? When the app wasn't working at all on my old phone, I asked if they could forward my emails, they can't. Told me to use my web browser to log into my mail. I'm trying to convince my team leader to make a change and take our team somewhere else.
I like that there is finally an app for this CRM. I don't like that the log-in is as complicated as it is. You should think about allowing each member to generate their own unique pin and allowing them to sign in with the same information they do on the website.
I have downloaded this app and have been in contact with my company. The app works for 2 hours. Then anytime I open it just freezes. As per the developer I must deactivate my account online first then uninstall the app. Then I must reinstall the app and recreate a pin online. Then activate it. Hopefully works for more than 2 hours. Cause if not, and if I want my email to be received on my phone, I will need to repeat this procedure all over again. This is horrible and in desperate need of an update. I am actually considering leaving my company due to the lackluster support and this app is definitely one of the main reasons why.
Worst app I possibly have ever downloaded
App is terrible, it’s not worth the space on your phone. Crashes all the time even after updates, trying to send an email it freezes or you hit “send” and have no clue whether it sent your email or not. I’ve reported the problems and seemed like they could careless. Support is terrible too. Talk down to you but you most likely know more than they do about software. It’s perfect reflection of the company. I can’t stand them but I have received a few solid leads. App is terrible. Don’t waster your time or space on phone.
Needs a lot of work.
I hope the developer is aware of all the issues this app is having. If they haven’t done so already. Download this app on their own iPhone and try to send emails or use any of the other basic functions so they can get all the bugs fixed. As a Market Leader Pro account holder I am extremely disappointed in this App and I wish they would fix it sooner than later.
NEED to be able to view groups in contacts. Also would be nice to see more contact details such as what campaigns the contact is on, etc. groups is the most important thing though.

I use this app for my business every day. New lead notifications help me respond quickly and I love the simplicity of the dashboard.
There’s so many CRM’s out there that blow this out of the water. I like the web version of market leader through Coldwell Banker but WE NEED AN APP THAT WORKS! It’s 2018 late 2018 and we are in a world full of mobile friendly apps and software. We need something for on the go that work with the web version. I can’t even use this app. I will be using other CRM’s for now until this nonsense is sorted out.
I liked the older version of the app much better. This is enough to make me find another application to use. It doesn’t allow me to save a email signature line. I have to type it or copy and past for each email. I can’t use the pre set text when sending email either. I trust they will update this platform soon.
Buggy, but happy to have
I'm happy to have this app, but I'm finding a lot of bugs. While typing an email to a lead, I noticed the curser jumping around, words autocorrecting to words I didn't type, and on occasion what I was typing would disappear. Also the words I typed would merge with the menu bar above.
Great concept but needs updating.
The app is not optimized for iPhone X. The concept is great and it actually has a lot of features however they seem to be a little buggy and it is not updating my CRM in the web browser, market leader please update this app it will be a great tool for your clients.
Needs an update....
You guys need to update the app... It hangs without opening... I did all the needed troubleshooting as closing apps, restarting iPhone, still does it. This is a needed great tool, hope it gets fixed real soon. Thanks in advance.
TOO LIMITED, BORDERLINE USELESS
The app is only designed to read and respond to your emails, but it doesn't have any settings, it won't even allow you to customize your signature. The worst part - you cant even access your templets or respond using "quick text". For a major software company like Market Leader, introducing an app like this, Is VERY DISAPPOINTING.
This has a very limited application. Worse is that those limited applications do not work a better part of to time. It allows me to see when a new lead comes in, but other than that, I’m using the desktop application for anything else.
