How this company has the nerve to continue to sell a camera to monitor infants with your mobile phone when they failed to update their software to work with the latest IOS updates in over 2 years is beyond me. Anyone who purchases this camera is a fool and I will review anywhere and everywhere I can to ensure no one else purchases this camera.

Very buggy, always dropping the connection. Would not recommend this monitor at all.

Horrible camera no technical support. Not user friendly. 20 second delay. I do not trust my baby under this cameras watch. Attempting to connect. Monitor disconnected 10-15 times daily. Tried to email customer service 5 times and the emails kept bouncing back. Purchased a dropcam to replace this evozbaby cam. Tried emailing on their website and that doesn't work either. The scary part is this is a kick start as in they didn't have the funding for this product so they were reaching out to any poor soul that would support their horrible camera and application. Replaced by Dropcam Pro and I am extremely satisfied! I would not recommend to anybody with a newborn baby.

There are lots of features that I am enjoying with this baby monitor, especially being able to take out my phone anywhere I am and open EvozSmartParenting and check in on my sleeping baby. I also really love that I can take images and video right within EvozSmartParenting . We’ve captured some cute moments. Grandma also loves to have monitor access.

The camera itself works great but more often than not, I can’t connect to the camera from EvozSmartParenting . I thought a firmware update would improve things but the connectivity is actually worse. It’s ridiculously flaky and more than half the time throws a vague error that literally just says “ERROR.” No explanation of the cause or how to resolve it. I’m so frustrated because I have now reached out to support 3 times and gotten no reply. I’ll be getting a new monitor this weekend and finally putting this one behind me.

This monitor works really well. Video quality is good, and it seems the bugs with EvozSmartParenting have been resolved (does not crash very often anymore). My favorite is that the audio will run even if EvozSmartParenting is not active on your screen, so it doesn’t drain your battery as much and you can use other apps while still listening in. The new design is sleek and blends in well in our child’s room.

I purchased this camera while it was in pre-order, and I've loved it ever since I've gotten it.

One thing I've noticed recently is when I connect to the camera, EvozSmartParenting freezes up and I have to restart it. It usually works fine after that.

One update I would LOVE to see would be the new force touch incorporated into EvozSmartParenting. Maybe have it so when you hard press EvozSmartParenting icon, you could choose to start and stop the music, go strait into video, play just audio, and maybe some other options. Those are just the ones I use most often.

Beyond that, again, I'm loving EvozSmartParenting and camera. It really is one of the best ones I've had... And I've purchased several.

Love the camera itself but EvozSmartParenting is terrible. Closes out over and over again on its own without warning. You have to keep reopening it at least 15-20 times a day, which is just ridiculous. I’ve ended up just using my old monitor a lot as I don’t trust this one to stay open when I’m sleeping at night. If they could get EvozSmartParenting right then this would be a great system.

Has gotten better with app updates and firmware updates. Works well most of the time. If it doesn't, there support team is responsive. They will help you get back online. Thanks.

Constant issues connecting from the first day. Takes several minutes to connect and now doesn’t connect at all. Customer service is only through email and they don’t understand the necessity of a working baby monitor. They promise to get back within a set time and constantly miss their own deadlines. Avoid EvozSmartParenting and hardware if you can.

Evoz is an excellent way to view our granddaughter-- when it works. Too often, however, the image is lost while buffering or is drops completely with an error message. Time and again we delete the software and reinstall in order to regain the capability. Surely Evoz can work to rid the software of all the bugs that so diminish its enjoyment.

Able to check on the kid from work and during travel. Very convenient to check in from across the country.

Not reconnect automatically. And EvozSmartParenting crashes and needs to re-downloaded daily therefore this device doesn’t allow me to safely monitor my child. We have contacted customer support without any luck on solving these problems.

Half the time I don't get audio so I have to kill EvozSmartParenting and relaunch. Video freezes after I tap the prompt to keep watching. I was hoping to use this to see and hear my son in his room if he has an epileptic seizure but it's not reliable enough to do much of anything.

Camera is great quality but EvozSmartParenting needs major improvement. Recently they did a firmware update and I cannot for the life of me get the video to come up on my phone without an error message. Honestly makes me want to get rid of it.

I'm surprised EvozSmartParenting could be released before testing!

Can't even sign up an account. After entered my email, password, confirm password and my name, it doesn't show any button to continue or submit. It happened on both my iPad and the iPhone! So I had to delete EvozSmartParenting . What a waste of time!!!

I open EvozSmartParenting every night before bed and would wake to my daughter crying but not through EvozSmartParenting . It crashes and closes and so is pretty much worthless to me because it’s not reliable for nights.

It never worked great but after the latest update it stopped working at all. I am getting a new monitor because I can't make this one work. Such a waste of money.

Untested app, 10-20 sec delay, no customer support, built by irresponsible people trying to make quick bucks. Bunch of con artists. Donate money for a better cause or buy a different camera.

EvozSmartParenting is constantly freezing and the monitor continuously disconnects. Even fully connected to WiFi, the range is terrible and this monitor is completely unreliable.
