Needs major improvement

Love the camera itself but this app is terrible. Closes out over and over again on its own without warning. You have to keep reopening it at least 15-20 times a day, which is just ridiculous. Constant issues connecting from the first day. Takes several minutes to connect and now doesn’t connect at all. Customer service is only through email and they don’t understand the necessity of a working baby monitor. They promise to get back within a set time and constantly miss their own deadline...
