App will not connect to my Charge5. Blue tooth works and Charge5 connects but App can’t find it.

JBL extreme: The only way it will find the extreme is if I turn it off and back on while the app is searching. It will show a picture of the device, but will not connect, then it will time out with the failed to connect error. Occasionally it will just turn off the extreme.

My jpl flip 4 is connecting to my iPhone 14 pro max, but the jpl portable app can’t find my device??? Suggestions?

I continue to have issues with the JBL Portable app whenever I turn on my JBL Boombox 3. The app will recognize the Boombox and it's connection, but the EQ settings won't open and has me go to settings on my device and select the Bluetooth connection then has me go back to the JBL Portable app to try again and nothing happens. When will this be fixed, because I would like to be able to adjust the EQ settings for better sound?!

There is no equalizer setting for my Jbl extreme 3. It is brand new and I just downloaded the app. All there is feedback tone, user guide, software is up to date, and parry boost
