Vons Deals & Delivery Status

It keeps saying there's a problem and to sign in again. I try and it says I am not authorized to.

Cart error: Service Problem. We are having trouble completing your request. Please try again later. - os - co - getbestfastslot. Can’t delete order to try and clear code. Turned iphone off & on = no help.

Vons app is frozen on my phone. Why?

I have tried every payment option I have available, deleted, added new ones, all have plenty money available and every time it tells me there is an issue with my payment and it cannot process. I can use the same cards on other sites and have had to use doordash instead, and no issue. I'd much rather use the Vons App, but I'm not sure what is going on with the payment process. this started a week ago, prior to that I've used it multiple, multiple times again, same payments without any problems. Anyone else having the same issue?

Trying to place an order for pickup tomorrow results in this, both on the website and in the app: "Order on Hold: We are unable to process your order at this time. You have not been charged for this order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you need further assistance, please call Customer Support at 855- 799-4584."

I've an online delivery order that after pressing "place order" and all, the system informs: "We are unable to process your order at this time. You have not been charged for this order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused".

The app is not working. Is it because you are only using uber eats? They don't allow you to buy alcohol from Vons on their app?

I receive a Service Problem message box every time I click to clip a deal. This has been ongoing for over a month.
