The Weather on my watch does not stay on and at times though I set it to show Fahrenheit it shows Celsius instead and sometimes disappears altogether how can I fix it

My h band only records hr during the night and never during the daytime although it records all other functions

Sleep Monitoring does not monitor the whole night. I monitors starting at 01:00 AM to 05:00 AM. 99% of the time. Just 2 times it has monitored the whole night. Please help. Thank you, Gordon

App measurement is not same as the watch measurement

I have problems with O2 tracking. The time interval it stops at 7 AM all the time. There is no setting to extend the interval. Also it will be great if the ECG watch measurement will be automatically transferred in the App.

last 24 hours, HM18 band will not stay connected to the phone. Time is off, it syncs but then will not let me change any setting, watch is dead and won't respond to a button press for 1-2 minutes after the sync. Watch is fully charged. Phone used is an iPhone SE (2022) and running H Band software 10.42.0. Any suggestions? Have only had the HM18 for four months.

The clock/calendar stopped working. It's got the wrong date and time - not just hours off, also minutes. I can't find any way to try to adjust it to the correct time/date.

My sleep time is not being fully tracked even though all other functions are being recorded for that time period.

Watch face frozen at the wrong time and date. Can't get any other icons by swiping the face of the watch. Data seems to be transferring properly to H band app. Can you help?

My H band keeps disconnecting every 10 minutes and then not reconnecting on its own even though my phone is in my pocket . I have to go in the app every time to reconnect it by hand which is pointless as I want to receive messages and stuff on it. I don't want to keep checking my phone and reconnecting it.

Device connects to my iPhone and the HBand app. The app records my steps (Pedometer) and Heart Rate, but it does not store my Blood Pressure, Blood Oxygen, or HRV data at all. I have tried refreshing the app as well as disconnecting the device, but it still only records the items mentioned above while not recording the others. Thank You

So far my Hband watch is working OK. However. It does NOT have the blood glucose on the dashboard. Nor does it appear when I swipe to next feature. Is there an update?

I can't get the weather to change locations to my current location. I have permissions set to allow the app to use my location all the time but it still doesn't update.

My watch indicates Female - I am a male! When touching that on the watch face I get a "update your profile in H band" message, how can I do that? Looking through H band I have not found that option. Thank you.

The battery went dead so I charged it to full, after that it will not turn on any longer.

My h band watch is reading a 6.3 mmol/L however, my blood glucose glucometer is reading 27.7 mmol/L. How do I get my h band watch to read more accurately?

On the second day my H band has frozen cannot move anything the clock works that’s all Tried factory reset then reset that’s it I am very disappointed my partner got this H band to check my blood level it worked the the first day now it’s dead very dissatisfied waste of money puts me in dangerous blood level spike Is this just a gimmick Help??????????

1) Sleep is way off. I go to bed at 8 or 8:30 and logs me asleep anywhere from 11-1, and my fitbit shows all of my deep sleep is in those early first few hours. I am showing about half my actual hours on hband. For this reason, I decided to charge my hband at night and use my fitbit band to log my sleep more accurately. 2) The BP, HR, AC1, Oxygenation not reporting on app although recorded a number of time on the wrist band. 3) The charging mechanism is awkward and keeps falling off the device. 4) There needs to be a way to add steps logged from another device if I have to take this one off to charge. There is no online interface to do this like on fitbit. Please add an computer online version too and the ability to add sleep hours and/or steps if needed for this reason. 5) When these issues are fixed, please provide a way for us to run an update to include these fixes when we open the app. Thanks!!

Sleep time way off. I go to bed at 9 pm and it shows I went to bed after 1 AM

My new H Band watch keeps sending “disconnect” signals. What’s wrong?

1. Glucose reading is not in mg/dL (medical standard) 2. H band app requires smart phone, not compatible with tablet 3. "Sleep" and "activity prompt" do not recognize people who sleep during the day and work at night; it thinks I was "sleeping" and totally misreads REM/light/deep sleep while I'm working. When I try to set the activity reminder it tells me the times I select are "not reasonable" when they are perfectly reasonable for someone whose first meal of the "day" is supper and final meal is breakfast before going to bed.

My H Band doesn’t record Sleep

I charged my H Band for the first time in about 5 years. It will not connect to my Samsung Galaxy S22. I've turned blue tooth on and off on the phone and powered the watch off several times. What else can be checked?

bought a new samsung A53 phone. H band app will not allow me top set password after using 4 digit code to rest password. Message states Network unavailable. Removed and reinstalled app and the same happens. Liked the watch and app until this happened. Please advise me and help, Thank you

Weather doesn't show on my watch. Says no data

Purchased a smartwatch model F22R and everything seems to work perfectly except the weather will not show up. I've tried every possible ways to fix this but still no weather showing. I've resetted the watch and the app several times to no avail. Unless my country location is not available in your app or something else I can't get the weather at all. Please help.

iPhone is not recording data.

My data- heart rate, blood pressure, sleep, and steps, are not showing in the h band app. I can see them on my phone. I tried to reset, uninstalled the app, and even did factory reset. Nothing is working. I have a heart condition and I have to keep track of heart rate and blood pressure. Why I purchased a smart watch. I would like to know why it's not working. This is the second H Band l have had. The first one was replaced after 5 months due to the charging connection snapping. The replacement l have had for 2 months - the same thing has happened. I am careful when it comes to taking off the strap for charging. Strap had never fitted properly from start.

H band is asking for a 4 digit password I never made,to connect to my watch. Cannot connect without it. Terrible product

H Band does not connect to my Samsung S8 anymore - used to be ok before. I re-installed app, also re-started my phone and band. When clicking on connect in app - it just circles and nothing happens. Cannot longer use as it cannot connect to my cell phone.

I am unable to connect Blackview smart watch R7 pro. It was not at all connecting all setting make okay permission allowed but still R7 rpo watch not paring with H-Bad app, where as other R1, R3, R5 are connecting

I can't get the App to connect to my watch. At first it worked, but about a week ago, it said it was not connected, even though the phone showed that it was connected. So I forgot it in the phone, updated the phone, deleted the app, re-installed the app, but it keeps asking for a password. I put in 0000, but it doesn't work.
