MAE Status

I can't open my MAE apps after click log in the yellow icon keep loading n doesn't proceed anymore since from yesterday I hv called up your customer service n visit the branch still unable to settle

I have overcome some issues on 3 April 2024,12:13AM. At first I transferred 200MYR,deducted but my friend did not receive any of the amount. Second time I tried to transfer again using bank account number. Got accepted but not successful,it has been 3 days but they never returned the money.

It says communication error every single time after I log in, close the app and try to open it.

I unable to apply a MAE account as I start to fill in my information but the system have an error and state that “We'll need additional info from you. Please visit the nearest branch to update your mobile number, then try again.” If I need to visit nearest branch, it is not online anymore!

Hello, I'm having issues when I want to reset my password. Every time I try to reset my password after the entering the OTP code, it always says that reset failed and below it says host error. Please, I'm trying to reset my password for a week now but I can't. I want to use the QR pay. Please fix this ASAP.

Why do I keep having to reregister when using the app! It’s especially difficult for me as I reside overseas and have to have access to another mobile phone to insert my Malaysian SIM card to get the OTP! This is ridiculous!

When I sign in, the app asks for full access to my cell phone. Including access to my contacts. Since I refused these accesses, I was warned that the app might not work properly then. Intolerable!

The App MAE does not open and keep twirling 90% of the time that I use the MB2U App. This happens even if I am on Wi-Fi. Most frustrating and irritating. I am using IPhone 12 Max Pro and ios 16.2

I tried to activate Secure2U but it will always be unsuccessful during device name confirmation. The app will put my device's old name and it is grayed out which i cannot edit it. After pressing ok, the process became unsuccessfull. I have tried almost 10 times at it still failed. After that, i cleared cache and remove data for a clean reinstall. After installing MAE again, the app suddenly crashes everytime i launch it. I repeated the delete and install process but the app keep crashing. Please help us Maybank

1st cannot update MAE, then I uninstalled MAE app.Then try to re install.Then cannot install at all with something went wrong...

Already registered for MAE. Yesterday it works fine. But today Everytime I try to make a transfer, the app hangs until TAC crashes. Don't understand why such a critical issue is allowed to happen. Very frustrating.

I have problems registering the MAE account. After keying in the OTP to complete the registration, there is an error saying it is unable to communicate with server. This problem is persisting for over 24 hours already (started registering on 26/9/2022

I lost my maybank card and replace the card. Hence, i had to recreate a new maybank2u username and password. When i login to my MAE acc. There was no Tabung that i create. Please help me to get the money back in the tabung

the problem is that it's the third day I can't transfer my money to Maybank 2u, what's the problem, the line is just busy, I want this matter resolved as soon as I need to use money, and after this I don't want to use Mae anymore.
