JBL PartyBox Status

The JBL party box apps is not to connect, it is loading in more than 10 minutes..

After downloading The app and accepting all terms and policies the app freezes at the give Bluetooth permission stage. I was on the phone with jbl support for 2 hours yesterday and we could not solve the issue. The app is a main selling point. I want to keep the 2 partybox speakers I bought 11/25/23 at Best buy. But I am very disappointed

Hi people from JBL....what the heck is going on??? Nobody working anymore or doing anything there at JBL??? As many people stated below in the comments the JBL partybox app does Not Work Anymore after the update to Android 13..... Come on can somebody fix this?!?!

I just bought the jbl310 speaker and I can't connect it to the JBL partybox app. Some people said that the reason for that could be android 13 and I have android 13. I would really appreciate it if I would get some help on this problem (pls🙏).

Stuck on getting ready page after Android 13 update

As many others noticed below, this app just does not work on Android 13. I tried it on Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro with Android 13, it finds my speaker (PartyBox 110) but then it shows "getting ready.." message endlessly. Developers should do better job testing it before release. I tried everything, but still cannot use it. What is worse, it even does not show any error information, it just hangs. (Also tried it on older phone Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 with Android 11, there it started without problem).

I update my phone to android 13 , app stop connecting to my jbl partybox 310

App doesn't move past "getting ready" stage on most of our devices. iPad pro works every time but Galaxy note 9 doesn't, Sony Xperia 1 iv doesn't, iPhone 12 doesn't, iPad mini doesn't. What's going on JBL?

Same endless loop of connecting Samsung phone to Partybox 110 via Bluetooth and then going back to JBL PB app and it won't connect to speaker...

Just brought a 110 trying to connect to app but it says turn on Bluetooth but its already on and want move any further

I fought with this problem several moments and allmost went mental. Then i just turned off my phone, let it be few minutes, then started it. After that no problem with the app, it worked like a dream again.

jbl partyboks doesn't want to connect to the jbl app anymore since the new iphone update ios 16.0 what can i do about this?

the JBL Partybox app wont recognize that my iPhone is connected via Bluetooth, which doesn't allow the app to work properly and for me to control the speaker or its settings at all from my phone. The iPhone was just updated to be IOS 16.0

Not connecting to app

in the app when it tells me to come back when the speaker is connected to my phone. i connect my phone and go back to the app and it does nothing. my phone is connected but the app doesn’t think so. any help??

yeah it says i need to connect a device to go to the next screen but my device is already connected.

I have partybox 310, the apps is not working to my iphone 11 pro. But when i tried to download the apps to my daughters ipad, it work. So i think this apps is not working in iphone.

I have jbl partybox 310 and when i download the partybox apps, i followed step by step until it go to connect your device to your phone and my iphone 11 pro max and it connected to my 310, but when i go back to the apps, still saying connect my the device to my phone. I deleted the apps and download it again and still have the same problem. So is there any solution you can advice would be appreciated.

It’s got to be the running on 16.0 iOS, because it’s not full public release yet, there’s probably some support issue between the iOS, partybox app, and speaker

Im able to connect PartyBox 310 via bluetooth to my iphone 12 pro max (running iOS 16.0). The issue is the app is not able to recognize that my phone is already connected to the speaker. The app is on an endless loop searching for product. Im able to play music fine, control volume like any speaker, but absolutely NO FUNCTIONALITY with the app. This is a COMPLETE DISAPOINTMENT, thinking that I would be able to customize EQ and/or lighting effects with the app, such a shame i wish JBL had a fix for this already :(

Not connecting my 310 on partybox app

I can connect to both PartyBox 310s and my 110 just fine, however they no longer ever show up on the PartyBox app.

I just got the JBL Encore and it connects to my iPhone just fine, but when I go to use the APP, the APP doesn't recognize that the device is infact connected. It shows the device, but doesn't connect and just guides me on how to connect through phone setting which I have already done. Could possibly be that the APP isn't set up for IOS 16 and might be a me issue
